Atlantium Technologies, a global leader in UV-based water disinfection systems, is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join our global support team.
Position Overview
The role includes Technical Support for advanced UV systems, complex troubleshooting, system commissioning, and integration with industrial control platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote Technical Support for UV systems
Lead system commissioning and configuration
Troubleshoot electrical, control, and sensor components
Work with PLC/HMI systems and RS-485 / Modbus protocols
Integrate systems with customer SCADA platforms
Conduct customer and partner training
Collaborate with R D and engineering teams
Prepare technical documentation and service reports
