Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define and communicate clear project goals, success criteria and milestones.
Prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and risk assessment.
People and Team Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
Supervise, mentor, and support project managers, engineers, and coordinators within the unit.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career development within the team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Execution Oversight:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Manage the allocation of human and technical resources to optimize team efficiency and output.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, risks, and stakeholder concerns promptly.
Stakeholder and Client Engagement:
Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate high-level communication and reporting to executive leadership and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Operational Excellence:
Implement and uphold project management standards, processes, and tools across the unit.
Contribute to the development and improvement of organizational project delivery frameworks.
Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, and quality assurance in collaboration with relevant departments.

Required Process Engineer Injection & Molding Engineering team
Main missions & responsibility:
1. Injection Project management.
2. Managing equipment & purchasing projects (molds, injection machines...).
3. Leading significant projects in Injection, including checks and assimilation of new production technologies.
4. Injection department support with new equipment.
5. Engineering & technical support for the Injection departments.
6. Leading or partnering with production improvement processes.
7. Focal point for all technical Injection & mold matters.
8. Guiding and supporting Injection department engineers.
9. Managing existing suppliers and developing new ones.
Work location: Office, production halls, suppliers (in Israel and abroad), our production factories. The job requires travel in Israel and abroad for time to time.

Required Global Materials Development & Technology Laboratory Manager
Description
Main Mission:
Lead and manage the materials and products analysis framework for development and engineering projects, to enable innovative product development while ensuring continuous, efficient manufacturing operations and supporting ongoing product improvement and optimization processes
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of laboratory activities, including task planning and tracking analyses from various global sites
Lead research and results analysis in the field of materials and support development projects
Manage a team of laboratory technicians, oversee daily activities, and monitor performance based on KPIs
Consolidate, summarize, and report laboratory results
Manage and operate outsourced services, including defining required analyses, analyzing results, and preparing reports for internal customers
Test new materials and products according to existing specifications and requirements
Provide ongoing raw material approval for Israels manufacturing sites
Manage, prioritize, and document laboratory tasks in the SAP system
Maintain continuous and effective communication with all interfaces locally and globally
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
Support investigation of manufacturing faults and customer complaints
Support development activities and plant laboratories across global manufacturing sites
Provide global professional consultancy in materials to internal stakeholders across sites and units
Oversee maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and consumables.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital systems supporting our production environment. This includes full ownership of digital production floor processes, overseeing the development and implementation of change requests, and providing ongoing support and optimization of manufacturing systems.
Youll work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define system requirements, and lead implementation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional OT digital projects from planning to execution, including stakeholder communication, change management, training, and go-live activities.
Analyze business needs by working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams, and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
Manage and support manufacturing systems and digital tools, including MES platforms and production dashboards.
Provide ongoing system support, including issue resolution, enhancement implementation, and performance optimization.
Handle user support tickets: respond to requests, create tutorials and documentation, and maintain high service levels.
Collaborate with production sites, IT teams, and global operations teams to continuously improve digital capabilities.
Coordinate and oversee external vendor resources to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including specifications, workflows, and user guides.
