We are looking for a highly motivated Product & Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the bring-up, test development, and productization of advanced IC products. This position involves close collaboration with design, operations, and manufacturing partners from early design stages through mass production.
Roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with design teams to review DFX architecture and define test requirements
Develop wafer sort and final test methodologies, including test content creation and program development
Perform test program coding, pattern conversion, and pre-silicon validation via virtual test simulations
Support hardware development: load boards, sockets, thermal solutions, and probe cards
Lead post-silicon test debug and sample delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Conduct test program characterization and tuning to improve coverage, yield, and quality
Work with OSATs and support manufacturing ramp-up and production
Contribute to quality and reliability test planning and execution.

Our networking product engineering team is looking for a Test Product Engineer. Development and deployment of production tests for our company network Modules and High-speed switch systems. The position combines an understanding of HW and SW to provide stable, efficient, smoothly running production tests, to enable high availability, while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers. Testing code, automation scripts, and testing environment are written in different programming languages under Linux OS. The position state as part of the System Product Engineering Group and requires working closely with Engineering and Operations teams in the company

our company Networking is looking for an IC senior Product Engineer (PE) to take ownership of our company Networking IC mass production engineering and data analysis, and to take part of IC Network Production, Reliability, Validation and Characterization group. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead multiple networking ICs products engineering activities, which will include making real time decisions on quality of silicon, define pass/fail criteria for screening, solve multi-disciplinary problems and perform cost reduction and quality enhancement, by sophisticated data analysis, AI tools and deep understanding of testing and HW.
Collaborate closely with both vendors (test houses and fab) and internal engineering teams (operations, IC test, reliability, characterization, package assembly and HW).
