We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Product Manager to act as the "connective tissue" between our users needs and our technical execution. You will be the person who takes high-level ideas and breaks them down into actionable plans for R&D, while ensuring our external design partners stay aligned with our vision. We value a disciplined approach that combines data-driven insights with the practical execution of product enhancements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the Roadmap: Own the R&D backlog. Youll write clear, concise user stories and technical requirements, giving the development team (in-house and overseas) clear instructions, while coordinating with them directly as issues arise.
Prioritize with Purpose: Use a mix of logic, data, and clear understanding of our goals to decide what gets built now, what waits until later, and what gets scrapped.
Design Liaison: Coordinate with external design resources to ensure UX/UI mocks are beautiful, functional, and delivered on time for the dev team.
Understand our User (ICP): Conduct user interviews and monitor product usage metrics to understand where users are winning and where theyre getting stuck.
Execution & Delivery: Lead sprint planning sessions, keeping the R&D engine running smoothly and removing any blockers in their path.

The ideal candidate will help drive and shape the next phase of our innovative platform, using cutting-edge technologies. He or she must have excellent relationship and influencer skills, a strong technical background, proven communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated and eager to take the initiative, and work well in a geographically distributed team. How Youll Spend Your Day:
Take product ownership within the SaaS product line.
Lead market and competitive analysis of the Digital Employee Experience market to identify potential trends and opportunities.
Research optional integrations with relevant SaaS/Cloud vendors via publicly available API's.
Validate product strategy and roadmap with our stakeholders.
Prepare product requirements and detailed specification documents for product features.
Work closely with Dev and QA teams throughout the development cycle. Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customers.
Work independently and effectively in a team environment.
