Seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D LCM ( (Life Cycle Management) Engineer to lead technical engineering support within R&D. The role owns technical aspects of legacy products and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless design transfer and robust support across the product lifecycle. Acts as the primary technical interface between R&D, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Lead the NPI process from engineering handoff to production ramp-up.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to volume production.
Lifecycle Engineering:
Provide technical support for legacy products.
Manage component obsolescence, implement design improvements, and resolve production issues.
R&D Support:
Assist in prototype development, assembly, and iterative testing.
Conduct hardware and software verification to ensure design compliance.
Evaluate and approve component replacements, alternative parts, and ECOs.
Perform component-level troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.
Lead RCA and implement CAPA for field and production issues.
Certification & Compliance:
Support product certification processes (e.g., EMC, Safety) and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and maintain documentation quality.
Production Interface:
Serve as the technical point of contact for manufacturing and QA teams.
Provide real-time engineering support on the production floor.
Ensure alignment between R&D design intent and production execution.

Location: Yokneam Rapid Medical is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Team Manager to lead a production team within our growing manufacturing department. This is a front-line leadership role — perfect for team leaders / managers in the medical-device industry who love being close to the production floor and developing people. Previous experience in managing a production team is mandatory. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a manufacturing team, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality output and continuous improvement. • Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures and documentation; and driving continuous process improvements to support operational efficiency. • Manage daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to procedures, documentation requirements (DHRs, travelers, SOPs), and regulatory standards. • Oversee the transition from development to full-scale production, including validation, process design, and documentation to ensure successful product launch. • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet sales demands and deadlines. • Establish and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure strong process control and smooth execution on the production floor.
