:About the Role
Were looking for a Process Engineer to join our NPI team and play a key role in introducing new products into production while continuously improving existing processes.
This role combines hands-on work on the production floor, process leadership, and data -driven analysis in a multidisciplinary environment.
Support ongoing production and troubleshoot issues (MRB).
Lead root cause investigations (RCA) using methods like 5 Whys and Fishbone.
Analyze manufacturing and TEST data to identify trends and improvements.
Drive proactive process improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and subcontractors.
Lead validation activitie.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / Quality or similar)
3+ years of experience in Process / Manufacturing / NPI Engineering.
Experience leading root cause analysis (RCA).
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel).
Strong English skills
