Present and host videos on camera with confidence and professionalism.
Simplify complex testing and hiring-related topics into clear, engaging content.
Film, edit, and optimize videos for each platform.
Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on analytics and audience feedback.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Requirements: Position Requirements
Native-level English speaker (required).
Proven experience creating video content.
Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience behavior.
Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
Video production and editing experience.
Ability to write compelling scripts and educational content.
Comfortable explaining professional, educational, or career-related topics.
Self-starter with strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience creating educational or career-focused content.
Familiarity with hiring processes, assessment tests, or career coaching.
Experience growing social media channels and building engaged audiences.
Experience creating content for instagram and TikTok.
