We are searching for a Software Engineer to join our digital assets group, a group within tasked with creating solutions for digital assets trading and management. You will be part of a strong and dynamic team of experienced developers and researchers that together develop and maintain all elements of the trading infrastructure, while using cutting edge technologies to overcome our unique trading challenges.

Were looking for a strong hands-on senior Backend Engineer (Tech lead) with a passion for technical excellence and leadership.
The Tech Lead serves as the technical owner of one or more domains within the product - driving architecture, design, and code quality while mentoring developers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
In this role, youll lead by influence, not hierarchy - partnering closely with Product Leads and Domain Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. Youll balance hands-on technical work with guiding others, setting engineering standards, and shaping the technical roadmap.
The team is comprised of 3-5 seasoned and expert engineers, with a focus on code quality and data-driven decision-making. The team owns the most critical component of the product and holds our core intellectual property (IP).
What Youll be Doing:
Own the technical quality, design, and roadmap for your domain(s).
Drive engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Collaborate with Product Leads on prioritization, backlog, and feasibility decisions.
Contribute to architectural discussions and cross-domain alignment.
As the technical authority in your team youll be partnering with managers to shape hiring decisions, provide feedback/input for performance reviews, and contribute to other team-related decisions.
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
Tackle technical challenges - performance, fault-tolerance, and live production issues.

we are looking for a Back-End (Cloud) Engineering Manager.
The team is responsible for developing the next generation of disaster recovery solutions based on public clouds such as AWS and Azure. Our solutions leverage a wide range of cloud services and are designed for large scale, high availability, and enterprise-grade reliability.
What you will do:
Manage an agile/scrum team, with full managerial responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, mentoring, performance, etc.)
Perform code and design reviews, maintaining high engineering standards within the team.
Collaborate with other teams to share ideas and lead cross-team development initiatives.
Analyze business requirements and architect scalable, high performing, testable solutions.
Become a domain expert within Zerto for the AWS and Azure public clouds and serve as a focal point for current and future developments on that platform.
Lead research activities and POCs. Public Clouds are moving fast, and we need to keep up!
Collaborate and work with global developments teams
Collaborate with our partners in Amazon and Microsoft in order to set our future-plans, share roadmaps and visions.
Develop enterprise backend systems and serverless architecture components using C# in .NET core.
Drive end-to-end delivery of projects.
Continuously innovate: improve code quality, developer efficiency, and team processes.
