Our SRE team is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of a complete multi-on-prem and cloud applications, deployment and monitoring framework, working with all major cloud providers. (AWS/Azure/GCP).

What You'll Do:
Site reliability engineer is what you get when you treat operations as if its a software problem. Our mission is to protect, provide for, and progress the software and systems behind all of our services
Ensure high uptime and reliability of Crossixs production environment, on-prem and cloud
Take responsibility for managing the production environment, security, change management, deployment, architecture, and tools
Lead technical calls with business partners to explain how our applications are architected, understand requirements, and handle production problems
Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions and tools
Utilize Grafana to develop effective dashboards that provide key insights and system performance
Analyze performance and stability issues and create in-house automation tooling
Work closely with DevOps, R&D, product, and integration managers to enable automated CI/CD methods
Design, develop, and drive troubleshooting & mitigation tools as part of driving self-healing agenda
Constantly improve the technology stack, supporting the data growth

Required Senior DevOps Engineer - Data Platform
The Role:
We are operating and building a data platform that allows the processing of huge amounts of medical data while preserving patient privacy. To achieve that goal, our systems are deployed with multiple leading data providers in a variety of cloud and on-prem environments with unique security requirements. We are looking for a Senior DevOPs engineer who will assist us to ensure a smooth deployment and operation, complying with strict standards and adherence to best industry practices and with a potential and desire to own production systems and to perfect it.
What You'll Do
Work with Product, R&D, and integration teams to define and implement CI/CD to apply in multiple target environments for production, staging, and testing in AWS, GCP, and Azure
Assist product in gathering and generalizing requirements from business partners
Optimize environments for security, performance, and cost; optimize processes for speed
Oversee and guide the team and business partners on the implementation of best practices
Define and integrate monitoring solutions
Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, FileBeat, OpenSearch, and other tools to set up environments in a variety of scales and security levels
Become a product deployment and operation expert.
