We are looking for a Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead key software products in portfolio, including network planning tools, management systems, and intelligent automation capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of network technology, software platforms, and customer needs. The PLM will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and work closely with R&D, sales, and customers worldwide to shape the next generation of software solutions.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the product lifecycle for key Ceragon software solutions - from concept to market success
Define product vision, roadmap and business priorities aligned with market needs
Translate customer and operator requirements into clear product specifications and MRDs
Define differentiated product positioning versus competition
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with R&D to define features, architecture direction and development priorities
Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, and customers
Drive product decisions across planning, design, deployment, and operational use cases
Customer & Market Engagement
Engage directly with global customers, operators and partners to understand real-world network challenges
Support sales teams with technical product positioning and solution guidance
Analyze market trends in wireless transport software, automation, and network operations
Product Delivery
Guide product development through the entire lifecycle including releases, launches, and roadmap evolution
Define product KPIs and track adoption, usage, and customer feedback
Ensure solutions deliver measurable operational value for network operators
Requirements: 3+ years experience in Product Management in telecom, networking, or infrastructure software
Strong understanding of network management systems or telecom operational platforms
Knowledge of IP networking and Layer 2 technologies
Experience working with carrier-grade telecom networks or infrastructure products
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value
Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams
Excellent English (written and spoken)
