Our SW IM/ SA team is looking for a Software Team Leader to help develop a complex in-house software platform.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Lead a team of 4-5 software engineers working on our current and next-generation platform of integrated metrology tools.
Manage the teams capacity, work plan, and content grooming to meet project goals in close collaboration with project management.
Oversee your teams professional growth in both technical skills and domain knowledge.
Serve as the focal point for communication with system, QA, and other software teams, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
Be an active member of the SW groups managerial team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of work processes and tools.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science (or similar).
5 + years of hands‑on software design & development, 3 + in C#/.NET.3+ years
Strong front-end development experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
3 + years leading a software team.
Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
At least 2 years in a multidisciplinary (HW + SW) company
Excellent communication skills
English- High Level
