We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Product Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the strategy and the day-to-day implementation of our financial product solutions that match the needs of our business.

A strong financial background is a must for the perfect applicant, ideally as a CPA, accountant or economist.

Any technical background is a benefit.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure its aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the financial industry.

Market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, product market fit, and customer needs within the financial technology space.

Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.

Product ownership: Lead cross-functional agile team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.

User experience: proven experience as Product lead pivot. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging usability testing, customer feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented and visionary product leader with a strong understanding of technological products, user experience, costumer needs and product strategy for our technological products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention) to assess product performance and guide product enhancements.
Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
