What Youll Do:
Monitor transmission networks, communication systems, and data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, connectivity) using NMS and BMS tools.
Detect, document, and resolve Real-Time incidents (First Level Support).
Escalate issues to senior engineers as needed.
Participate in preventive maintenance and technical projects.
Generate operational and incident reports.
Requirements: Technical education in Communications / Networking / Computers - advantage.
Experience in NOC / Technical Support / Help desk - significant advantage.
Familiarity transmission systems (DWDM / SDH / MPLS).
Basic OS knowledge (Windows / Linux ).
Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
High-level technical English (reading, writing, speaking).
Bonus Points:
Experience with Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet equipment.
Familiarity with data Center infrastructure (UPS, CRAC, PDUs).
