What Youll Do:
-Lead and execute personal support services, social and cultural activities, -and volunteer programs
-Strengthen operational partnerships
-Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing volunteer teams
-Plan and deliver nationwide events and initiatives (end-to-end)
-Oversee promotional materials and communications execution
-Own CRM systems and ESRAs events calendar, driving operational excellence
Requirements: What were looking for:
-Native English + working Hebrew
-2+ years managing teams/volunteers & projects in Israel
-Hands-on, proactive, highly organized
-Strong execution mindset
-Drivers license and access to a car
