We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will lead the onboarding and ongoing implementation with our customers and technical partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and ongoing technical aspects of our customers.
Platform setup for new customers - organization, companies, data sources, campaigns, targets, tech cost, etc.
Integrate Media partner to our platform - providing API specs, leading integration calls, testing integrations, going live + monitoring. Working with the product and R&D team to address and resolve tech issues.
Integrate Data partner to our platform - understand the goal of integration and provide specs for R&D, lead integration calls and testing phase, going live. Working with the product and R&D team on developing new integrations.
Implement Carriers data to our platform - manage the integrations with the carrier - conversion data. Provide spec, analyze the data and identify conflict, data quality assurance.
Tech support for the customers - bugs reported, data conflicts, import data for the customer (for new integrations), support with platform setup.
Monitoring - building dashboard to monitor the platform integrations and data quality, analyze and troubleshoot data conflicts with partners and R&D.
Create technical documentations and implementation guidelines.
Work closely with products to simplify implementation work and make it more self- serve friendly.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a SaaS, B2B, technical roles such as implementation manager, professional service or technical account manager.
Strong technical background - knowledge in APIs (using postman), BI platforms, ability to write short scripts in SQL.
Experience working on high scale and real-time integrations
Ability to lead US enterprise customers through the implementation and onboarding. Native-level English is a must.
Previous experience in a startup environment, dynamic, high pace, focus on incremental value.
Experience integrating customers home grown platforms and with large third-party providers.
Strong analytical skills, Independent, self-starter, superior organizational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience in marketing platforms (Search, Social, native, etc) and customer acquisition is a big plus.
