We are seeking an Experienced System Validation Manager to lead a global validation group of 10 professionals responsible for end-to-end (E2E) hardware-software validation. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Manage and mentor a global validation group of 10 team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
Define team goals, priorities, and processes to align with company objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product management, and customer support.
Validation Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive E2E HW-SW validation plans and methodologies.
Oversee functional, integration, performance, and regression testing for hardware and software systems.
Identify and resolve validation risks, ensuring thorough and efficient testing processes.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
Establish quality metrics and KPIs to track validation performance and drive improvements.
Promote validation efficiency and consistency.
Ensure traceable, detailed test plans, test cases, and validation reports.
Requirements: Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in E2E HW-SW system validation.
Experience with hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded systems) and software validation.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and system integration testing.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years managing validation teams.
