We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer.

Responsibilities
Write, update, and maintain technical and operational documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, user guides, and maintenance documentation.
Write, edit, format, and organize documents in Microsoft Word according to defined templates, style guides, and documentation standards.
Update and modify diagrams, process flows, and flowcharts using Microsoft Visio.
Collect, analyze, and structure technical information from engineering teams, product teams, and subject matter experts.
Collaborate with technical teams and SMEs to create, review, validate, and update documentation.
Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, consistent, and suitable for the intended audience.

Responsibilities
Develop In-Product Feature Communications: Partner closely with Product Managers to write and publish roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements directly in the portal.
Use Docs-as-Code Workflows: Manage documentation source files using GitHub and Markdown, leveraging pull requests and automated pipelines to draft, review, and ship technical content.
Leverage AI to Research & Draft: Use Generative AI tools as a force multiplier to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specs, and draft comprehensive documentation faster without sacrificing accuracy.
Craft In-Product Guidance & Microcopy: Write concise portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours to help users navigate features directly within the application.
Optimize Content for AI Retrieval & Search: Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and markdown files so technical content can be effectively ingested and accurately referenced by both internal and customer-facing AI assistants and AI-powered features.
Validate & Maintain Troubleshooting Content: Coordinate directly with Developers, Security Experts, and Support Engineers to maintain accurate troubleshooting guides and technical resources.
