About the position Based in the company’s HQ in Tel Aviv, the Real Estate business development lead is responsible for the acquisition of new Mindspace locations worldwide. The position will report to the VP of Real Estate and will be an integral part of the real estate team. This position carries immense responsibility, requiring strategic vision, expert negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of global real estate markets. The Real Estate Business Development Lead will be entrusted with driving all aspects of the acquisition process, from site identification and financial evaluation to contract negotiation and relationship management with key stakeholders across various countries.
Requirements: * Demonstrated leadership with 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate sourcing and negotiations.
* Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication and negotiation on a global scale.
* Proven track record of successfully entering new markets and orchestrating multiple complex deals simultaneously, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
* Extensive experience in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with brokers and landlords on an international scale, independently driving deal-making processes.
* Strong familiarity with legal processes pertaining to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
* Previous international experience in real estate acquisition is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
