Job Type: Full Time
This is a high-ownership role combining strong business judgment with deep technical capabilities. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and senior leadership, and help shape how decisions are made across the company.
You will work primarily with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, and GitHub, using AI-enabled tools such as Cursor, MCP integrations, n8n, and OpenClaw to accelerate and automate your work.
For us, AI-native means more than generating SQL in a chatbot. It means giving agents the right context and tools, validating their output, and turning repeatable processes into reusable workflows.
Product data is consumed throughout Connecteam. Success in this role therefore requires excellent communication, proactive ownership, and the ability to translate complex analysis into practical business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers and engineers to define events, funnels, activation criteria, adoption metrics, and post-launch measurement.
Analyze high-impact questions involving signup conversion, first-day behavior, feature adoption, retention, and release performance.
Contribute to strategic projects and provide leadership with trusted insights and actionable recommendations.
Define and validate analytics events, then integrate them into our usage, 360, and feature-usage models.
Extend and validate dbt models, owning changes through pull request and CI.
Build and maintain focused Looker dashboards that support product decisions.
Investigate anomalies, usage drops, tracking failures, spam, and inconsistent metrics.
Turn repeatable analyses and operational processes into agent skills, rules, and automated workflows.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product or growth analytics within a fast-paced SaaS or web company.
Strong business judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear analytical approaches.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large event datasets.
Production dbt experience, including data lineage, DAGs, testing, and CI.
Experience with Git-based workflows, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
Experience building decision-oriented dashboards in Looker or a comparable BI platform.
Practical experience using AI agents in analytical or engineering workflows.
A proactive, can-do approach, with the communication skills and adaptability required to manage competing priorities and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This position is open to all candidates.

חברה חסויה
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data team and help shape one of the core functions at our company.
This isn't a traditional BI or Product Analytics role. You'll work across engineering, data science, product, research, and customer-facing teams to understand complex data from enterprise environments, transform it into a consistent data model, and generate insights that directly power our product and customer experience.
You'll wear multiple hats-from researching new data sources and designing scalable data models to supporting customer onboarding, surfacing meaningful insights, and helping define how our data platform evolves as the company grows. This also means getting hands-on in the codebase: you'll regularly modify logic in production system components, not just analyze data from the outside.
If you're someone who enjoys turning messy data into clear decisions, thrives in ambiguous environments, and wants to build the foundations of a data function from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Research and evaluate new customer data sources, APIs, and integrations, understanding what data is available, how reliable it is, and how it can create value.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights that improve our product and customer outcomes.
Design and evolve our company's data models, creating a unified language across data coming from multiple integrations and systems.
Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to define schemas, data structures, and scalable modeling approaches.
Build and modify logic in system components as part of regular delivery, not just spec it for someone else to build.
Support customer onboarding by validating incoming data, identifying issues, and ensuring customers receive meaningful insights from day one.
Deliver customer-facing analyses, reports, and recommendations while working against real customer deadlines.
Help define the foundations of our company's data function by evaluating tools, methodologies, and best practices that will scale with the company.
Work closely with Product to ensure product decisions are informed by data and grounded in real customer behavior.
Collaborate on AI-powered capabilities by helping define the data, signals, and requirements that enable intelligent product features and autonomous workflows.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Cyber Analyst, Network Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Solutions Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
Experience with data modeling, schema design, and structuring data for efficient analysis.
Ability to independently own projects from discovery through delivery, balancing long-term improvements with short-term priorities.
Comfortable working across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and business decisions.
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to prioritize work around customer impact and deadlines.
The company Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy solving hard problems together.
Even Better If You Also Bring
Experience building or improving data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or data operations processes.
Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, or SaaS data sources.
Previous experience leading projects or mentoring others.
Familiarity with AI/LLM products and an interest in applying AI to data analysis and customer workflows.
This position is open to all candidates.

Were looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team and help make analytics a core part of how we build. Youll work on the product-usage side of an AI product that thousands of developers rely on - understanding how teams adopt AI code review, which features drive value, and where we can make the experience better. Its a product-focused role at heart, reaching into business, operational, and cost metrics too, with room to shape how we work as the team grows.

Be the go-to analyst for the product team - drive product analytics day to day: how developers use our AI features, plus retention and conversion funnels.
Turn raw product and usage data into clear, consistent metrics the team can trust.
Build and maintain the modeled data layer, so metrics live in one place and analysis is repeatable rather than rebuilt each time.
Build and maintain dashboards so teams can self-serve answers.
Run deep-dive analysis to surface opportunities and support product decisions and experimentation.
Extend into business and operational KPIs - conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value - and cost / unit-economics.
Take analyses from problem definition through to clear recommendations, not just reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of industry experience as a Data, Product, Business, or BI Analyst, ideally in a developer-focused or technical B2B product.
AI-native: AI tools are a default part of how you work, and you build prompts, scripts, and small agents to automate the repetitive parts of your own analysis workflow.
Strong SQL and data modeling: you can move around a data warehouse independently, spot when a query that runs is still returning the wrong answer, and build clean, well-structured datasets that other people can rely on.
Experience with a product analytics tool (e.g. Mixpanel) or a BI tool, with proven experience building self-serve dashboards.
Strong communication and storytelling - you turn analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Solid business sense - comfortable moving between product metrics and broader business and operational KPIs.
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity - you can take a question from definition through to a clear answer with limited guidance, while working closely with a small team.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Startup DNA - comfortable with fast iteration, shifting priorities, and wearing multiple hats.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're looking for Product Data Analyst to own the numbers behind Ace and play a central role in shaping product decisions. Youll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and company leadership to understand how people use Ace
Youll own the analytical process end to end: identifying the right questions, defining metrics, designing experiments, working directly with product data, interpreting results, and translating findings into clear product decisions.
We move fast, experiment constantly, and expect analysts to be hands-on, curious, technically strong, and comfortable challenging assumptions.
What You'll Do:
Own the consumer funnel end to end. Analyze acquisition, install, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across desktop and mobile. Identify where users drop, understand why, quantify the opportunity, and turn insights into concrete product opportunities.
Run the experimentation engine. Own experiments end to end - identify whats worth testing, define the right metrics and methodology, analyze the results, and translate learnings into clear product decisions.
Go deep into the data. Work directly with large-scale behavioral data to investigate questions, uncover patterns, diagnose problems, and find opportunities that arent obvious from a dashboard.
Shape how we measure the product. Define the metrics that matter, make sure were measuring new features correctly, and create a trusted analytical foundation for understanding product performance.
Be a strategic product partner. Work closely with Product and leadership to frame important questions, challenge assumptions, and bring a strong data-driven perspective to product strategy and prioritization.
Use AI to work differently. Use modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow to explore faster, investigate deeper, automate repetitive work, and build lightweight solutions when needed.
Make the organization faster with data. Build frameworks and self-service capabilities that help teams answer common questions independently, so your time stays focused on the highest-impact problems.
Requirements:
5+ years as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a fast-paced product environment. Consumer product experience is a strong plus.
Excellent SQL and analytical skills. Youre comfortable working directly with large, complex datasets and can independently get from a product question to a trustworthy answer.
Strong experimentation skills. You understand how to design, evaluate, and interpret A/B tests, including the statistical principles and practical pitfalls behind them.
Strong product thinking. You dont stop at what happened - you want to understand why it happened, what it means for the user and the business, and what we should do next.
Technical curiosity. Youre comfortable understanding how products work under the hood and collaborating with engineers on data, instrumentation, experiments, and technical product questions.
AI-native mindset. AI is already part of how you work. You actively use modern AI tools to increase your speed, depth, and independence.
High ownership. You dont wait for perfectly defined requests. You identify important questions, investigate them independently, and drive them toward decisions.
Strong communication. You can turn complex analysis into simple, clear conclusions that people can understand and act on.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
we are seeking a Business Product Analyst - a business-minded analyst who will work hand in hand with our Product Managers and Scrum teams as a true Business Partner.

This is not a reporting or dashboard role. Your mission is to help the product teams deeply understand how our features are used by our customers, what value they create, and how they can make money. You will turn product and business data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that shape what the company builds, how it is measured, and how it is monetized.

In a world where AI can surface data, this role exists to answer the harder business questions: Who uses this feature and why? Is it creating value? And how can it make money?

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

Drive Strategic Direction, Not Just Feature Metrics: You won't just analyze isolated features-you will connect product performance directly to company-wide strategy. By uncovering the true business impact of what we build, your insights will shape executive decisions, guide product roadmaps, and directly influence Morning's long-term trajectory and growth
Shape Product & Strategic Direction: Go beyond isolated feature tracking to connect product performance directly to company strategy, ensuring every development choice informs the broader roadmap and long-term business trajectory.
Act as a Strategic Product Partner: Embed yourself in the daily rhythms of Product and Scrum teams, bringing a high-level business and data perspective to shape feature concepts into core strategic drivers.
Evaluate Holistic Value & Ecosystem Impact: Analyze usage patterns and user journeys to understand how features contribute to overall platform engagement, long-term retention, and compounding business value
Scale Monetization & Business Models: Translate product behavior into comprehensive revenue strategies, connecting feature engagement directly to pricing structures, monetization opportunities, and company-wide growth.
Challenge Assumptions & Drive Core Focus: Use rigorous data insights to question legacy beliefs, helping leadership and product teams prioritize high-impact initiatives and define where to double down or pivot.
Requirements:
Analytically Fearless: 3 years in an analytical role (product analytics, business analytics, or similar) within a SaaS, fintech, or B2B environment.
Technical Pro: High-level SQL is your second language. Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and BI tools (Databricks / AWS QuickSight / Power BI), and strong Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills.
Business-minded: Strong business acumen - you think in trade-offs, value, and revenue, not just metrics. You understand SaaS business models and key metrics (ARPU, conversion, churn, LTV) and how product behavior drives them.
Deep understanding of vanity metrics vs. real value, and correlation vs. causation (A/B tests, cohorts, pre/post analysis).
You simplify the complex. You don't just analyze data; you extract the 'so what' and help the team decide what to build and how to monetize it.
A Natural Communicator & Team Player: You enjoy working closely with Product Managers, developers, and designers. You present insights simply and help the team turn them into decisions.
Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Management.
This position is open to all candidates.
