* Help shape the longer-term operating model and capabilities of the Trust & Safety function.

Equal opportunities:
At our company, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment.
* Demonstrated experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects.
* Strong ownership mentality and bias for action - you naturally ask what needs to happen next? and make it happen.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Decisioning (Credit Risk) to own, evolve, and execute our risk decisioning products. This role partners closely with ML Engineers , Engineering Leads and Business Stakeholders to transition us from product-specific silos into a generic, high-velocity engine powering Card, BNPL, and emerging products.

Blending strategic oversight with hands-on, rigorous program execution, you will turn complex risk logic into scalable, explainable platforms. Youll own both long-range quarterly planning and sprint execution- defining who we approve, on what terms, and at what expected loss- while ensuring strict alignment with our risk portfolios, regulatory requirements, and long term unit economics. This role requires strong judgment, deep analytical thinking and meticulous detail standards.

As the Program Manager, your mission is to drive an advanced, adaptable decisioning platform that eliminates financial waste and prepares us for its next stage of hyper-growth. You will drive the delivery of core systems that determine how we approve, price, and manage risk-turning complex data into fair, instant, and transparent outcomes for millions of customers.

What Youll Do

Cross-Functional Partnership
Act as the glue in the "Decisioning Triangle," partnering with Business owners, ML Leads and Engineer Leads to operationalize underwriting policies, while taking into account the trade-offs between approval rates, loss, revenue, and customer experience. Partner and balance competing requirements from various business owners (Heads of Card, BNPL, etc.) as well as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure high-quality execution and regulatory integrity.

Hands-On Program Management
Act as an owner for key initiatives, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and performance monitoring. Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the underwriting flow to drive toward high-automation and speed-to-market.
Requirements:
Requirements
4+ years of program management experience, with significant ownership of complex, data-driven, platform-centric infrastructure.
a solid understanding of credit risk, loss management underwriting systems, or decision engines.
Proven ability to lead by merit and logic within a matrixed structure (partnering with ML Strategists, Squad Leads, engineering teams and Business Owners).
Hands-on experience driving technical initiatives from concept to launch, including writing requirements, managing high-velocity backlogs, aligning daily execution with long-term strategic roadmaps, and using data to guide decisions.
Uncompromising attention to detail with strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with comfort making trade-offs in ambiguous, complex technical environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of balancing competing priorities from multiple business stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to augment program management workflows and boost execution speed.
A proven ability to thrive in "technical chaos" and create order through structured actionable roadmaps.
A high sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward action.
Very strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), as this role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with credit models, underwriting systems, or decision engines.
Experience scaling risk systems across products.
Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention systems.

Improve processes that touch Compliance Operations in other teams (Sales / RevOps ticket flows and SLAs, onboarding and TM hand-offs, partner communications) through roundtables, training and procedures.
Support compliance with audit and regulatory examinations end-to-end: scope the request with Compliance, coordinate data pulls with Data, build evidence packs and data sets and drive remediation to closure.
Monitor performance through KPI dashboards (SLAs, backlog, volumes) and drive continuous improvement based on the data.
Design, build and run AI agents and automations for Compliance Operations.
A data-driven approach, utilizing insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress and measure performance through KPI dashboards , embrace ongoing improvements framework and support cross-company processes and ad-hoc tasks,

Bachelor's degree from a recognised educational/academic institution.
8+ years of experience in Compliance, Compliance Operations, Risk Operations, internal audit, Regulatory Compliance or FinCrime prevention with a strong preference for experience within a global Fintech or other regulated financial company, including at least 3 years in a role with ownership of audits, regulatory deliverables or cross-functional programs.
Hands-on audit experience: you have either worked directly with external / regulatory auditors (preparing evidence, data sets and written responses) or performed internal audit yourself.
5+ years of experience in creating compliance processes and flows, and in leading cross-functional projects to completion.
Proven track record of successfully modernizing, enhancing, automating and documenting complex processes and workflows; hands-on experience with AI / LLM tools (e.g., Claude) and with data tools (Excel / Looker) is a strong advantage.
Comfortable translating operational needs into clear requirements and priorities for technical partners - experience working alongside Product, Data or R&D teams to define, test and roll out process changes or tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with card-scheme rules and programs (Visa / Mastercard registrations, high-risk merchant programs) - An advantage.
Written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences - including formal written correspondence with auditors and card schemes, and drafting procedures# המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Senior Car Insurance Pricing Expert to help shape how we price risk across our global business, from our Tel Aviv office.
This isn't a traditional actuarial role. You'll sit at the intersection of Insurance, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy on our Insurance team, owning hard pricing and risk-management problems end to end. That means finding opportunities, designing better approaches, building scalable tools with technical teams, and turning insights into decisions that move growth, profitability, and risk selection forward.
You might be a trained actuary, a pricing leader, a decision scientist, or a technically strong insurance operator who's built serious pricing capabilities. Formal credentials are a plus, but they're not the point. The point is whether you can use data, insurance intuition, statistical rigor, and AI-enabled tools to solve complex pricing problems better and faster than the industry standard.
We believe three things matter for every role: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll:
Own and evolve core components of our Car pricing strategy, bringing analytical rigor and product-minded creativity to how we price risk
Identify high-leverage opportunities across rating, underwriting, segmentation, risk selection, growth, profitability, and portfolio management
Build, evaluate, and improve Car pricing and risk models using actuarial methods, machine learning, AI-enabled workflows, and strong business judgment
Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Growth to turn pricing ideas into scalable capabilities
Translate complex pricing problems into clear product and platform requirements, helping teams build internal tools that make better decisions faster
Define and track key metrics - loss ratio, rate adequacy, conversion, retention, segmentation lift, and model performance - to keep decisions grounded in real impact
Make complex actuarial and pricing concepts clear and actionable for technical and non-technical audiences alike, and help build pricing acumen across the Tel Aviv team
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Car insurance pricing, actuarial science, decision science, risk analytics, or a closely related field
A proven track record solving complex pricing, underwriting, segmentation, or risk-management problems with measurable business impact
Strong analytical instincts - knowing how to find signal in data, make decisions under uncertainty, and separate elegant analysis from useful analysis
Hands-on fluency with modern analytical tools, agentic AI capabilities, and code - including experience using generative AI, coding agents, or advanced automation to materially improve analytical workflows
Solid understanding of Car insurance pricing fundamentals, including rating plans, loss costs, rate adequacy, segmentation, model validation, telematics and financial performance.
Familiarity with predictive modeling methods such as GLMs, gradient boosting, random forests, clustering, and feature engineering
Experience building or modernizing pricing platforms, rating engines, underwriting tools, or internal decision-support software
Product-minded problem solving: the ability to turn a messy workflow, technical constraint, or business problem into a clear, prioritized path forward - with a track record of partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ship production-grade tools
Strong communication skills - you can explain pricing decisions, tradeoffs, and model outputs clearly
This position is open to all candidates.

What really sets our company apart is the opportunity to grow, contribute, and help companies navigate their AI transformation securely.
If youre excited to work at the forefront of AI-driven security on a global scale, this is the place to do it.
Key Responsibilities
Data in orgenizations is scattered across cloud apps, endpoints, email, and storage, and it moves faster than most organizations can track it. Knowing what's sensitive, where it lives, who can access it, and where it's at risk of leaking is one of the hardest problems in security today - and it only gets harder as data volumes and AI-driven data flows keep growing
our company is building the platform that solves this problem at scale: a large-scale cloud service that classifies data, scores risk, and delivers the analytics our entire data security and data leakage prevention business depends on. It's a foundational piece of our strategy, and it sits at the intersection of complex algorithms, modern AI, and cloud engineering at scale.
We're looking for a Group Manager to own this platform end to end. You'll lead development teams, set the technical and product direction, and act as a true business owner - not just a delivery manager. This is a chance to shape a core capability that every data security offering at our company will build on.
What you'll do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the data classification and risk analytics platform, end to end
Lead and grow development teams, building a strong bench of engineers and technical leaders
Drive architecture and technical decisions for a massive-scale, multi-tenant cloud service, balancing performance, cost, and reliability
Develop advanced classification, detection, and analytics models into production
Act as the product owner for the platform: define what gets built and why, prioritize against business impact, and represent the platform's roadmap to stakeholders across the company
Work with the leaders of our company's data security and data leakage prevention business lines to translate their needs into a platform strategy
Build the operational rigor a critical, always-on service demands: reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency at scale
Recruit, mentor, and develop managers and senior engineers; build a strong engineering culture across the group.
דרישות:
Proven experience as a group manager or senior engineering manager, leading managers or multiple teams (not just individual contributors)
Track record of owning a large-scale, business-critical cloud service from architecture through production operations
Strong technical depth in distributed systems and cloud engineering at scale; comfortable going deep with your teams on architecture and design
Experience applying machine learning or AI in production systems - you don't need to be the one building the models, but you need to be fluent enough to lead teams that do
Genuine product ownership instincts: you think about business impact and customer outcomes, not just delivery
Experience working with data-heavy systems - classification, analytics, or similar large-scale data pipelines is a strong plus
Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable representing a platform to business and product leaders across the company.#ENG המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
