Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Component Engineering, Hardware Engineering, RF Engineering, or a similar technical role. Experience managing RF, electronic, mechanical, and material components throughout the product lifecycle. Knowledge of component qualification, reliability analysis, obsolescence management, and alternate part approval processes. Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Oracle, or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and datasheets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience in defense, aerospace, radar, RF, or communication systems. Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and export control requirements. Experience working directly with suppliers and component manufacturers. Familiarity with military and aerospace component standards.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering - Required. 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, including strong SolidWorks skills and experience working with subcontractors - Required 2+ years of experience in the medical device industry - Required. 2+ years of experience with validations and production documentation, including work instructions, routing cards, and ECOs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in DFT engineering for complex IC designs.
Proficiency in using DFT tools such as Mentor Graphics Tessent, Synopsys DFTMAX, or Cadence Modus.
Experience with scan, BIST, and boundary scan methodologies.
Solid understanding of digital design, VLSI design flow, and verification processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working with external suppliers and subcontractors. Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, and proven hands-on experience supporting production. Practical experience using measurement tools and equipment, and the ability to analyze data. Strong problem-solving, investigation, and root cause analysis capabilities.
