In this role, you will collaborate with off-the-shelf component vendors to evaluate new technologies for integration into our products, qualify new hardware and firmware releases, and lead debugging efforts on complex technical issues. You will also provide hardware-focused support to internal teams, including Level 3 support, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and IT.

Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate deep expertise in storage hardware products, including servers, drives, enclosures, and power components
* Evaluate and qualify new hardware components, actively participating in their integration into the product
* Collaborate with global vendors and cross-functional internal teams to enhance product quality and resolve complex technical issues
* Lead failure analysis investigations- both internally and with suppliers and drive corrective and preventive actions
* Manage and lead new and existing hardware projects, continuously exploring technologies and methodologies
* Maintain and update the hardware knowledge base using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets, etc.).

HW Application Engineer - Job description: we are a leading supplier of microcontrollers and security hardware solutions for tier-1 customers in the computing and servers business. It is a self-contained design center, spanning from product management, system and chip architecture, through design, software development, system engineering and production. The group works closely with major customers, primarily key OEMs in the computing space, to develop semi-custom, innovative solutions for a wide range of application platforms. We are looking for a Hardware Application Engineer, to maintain and support our strong collaboration with our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead customers through all stages of designing their systems based on Nuvoton manageability and security microcontrollers (i.e., BMC, EC, SIO and TPM) from planning till production.
* Respond and resolve customer hardware related issues and requests, reported by the regional support team (FAEs) or directly by customers.
* Work closely with R&D, architects and PMs to provide issue resolutions, workarounds, and implement product features or support tools.
* Key contributor in complex debug tasks for issues found by customers; build debug strategies and hands-on work with the design team through the debug.
* Develop deep knowledge of customer applications and systems, recommend application solutions, design ideas and products to customer design teams.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation (e.g., reference schematics, application notes, design guidelines).
* Provide inputs and participate in next generation ICs definition based on customer inputs.

We are looking for an experienced Linux Test Automation Developer to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our next-generation silicon products.

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end validation of Embedded Linux systems and BMC firmware, working at the intersection of hardware and software.

You will design automated testing environments and perform deep-dive analysis into kernel-level performance and stability.



Responsibilities:

- Environment Design: Develop, maintain, and execute QA environments specifically for testing Embedded Linux kernel and BMC firmware.

- Automation & Validation: Design and implement automated validation tests for kernel, drivers, and user-space components.

- Analysis: Perform comprehensive system performance, stability, and stress analysis on embedded platforms.
