we are looking for a VP of Product Management to lead our Identity Security and AI Security product teams and shape how Tenable One addresses the emergence of agentic risk across the entire platform.
You Will:

Lead the Product Evolution. Take direct ownership of Identity Security and AI Security product teams - deciding, deliberately, where one domain's remit ends and the other begins as the line between "identity" and "agentic AI" keeps blurring for our customers.

Define the Strategy Before the Market Does. Build and pressure-test the hypotheses that will shape how Tenable - and the industry - thinks about agentic and non-human identity risk, then turn that into a roadmap and quarterly execution with engineering.

Own the Narrative at the Top. Represent this strategy to most senior leadership, including our CEOs, and to sales, field, and marketing - deciding when to lead with confidence and when to flag risk honestly.

Lead Without Borders. Build the kind of close, high-trust relationship with a distributed team - including a France-based PM - that most leaders only manage by accident of geography.

Reach Beyond This Scope. Take on the cross-functional, company-wide strategic work this platform-level view naturally creates - this role is intentionally bigger than any one product line.

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in the product life cycle with an emphasis on customer requirements, as well as generating and defining the product vision. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with multiple departments, including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, and marketing, to ensure customer requirements are met.

Your Opportunity:
Own and lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Cloud Threat Detection domain, driving end-to-end product development of threat detections and stories, AI risk assessment, eBPF agent, container runtime protection and more. to help customers reduce risk and achieve continuous cloud compliance

Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure product decisions align with real-world security challenges.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver high-impact features and platform capabilities

As a Sr Product Manager , you will lead a dedicated cross-functional pod responsible for a specific area of the VantagePoint platform. You will own the pods product strategy, roadmap, discovery and delivery-working closely with engineering, product design and business stakeholders to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an individual-contributor role with significant product ownership. You will lead through influence and shared direction rather than through direct people management.

Focus of the Role
Lead the product direction and day-to-day execution of a dedicated VantagePoint pod.
Develop a deep understanding of the pods customers, users, market and business objectives.
Translate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap.
Create alignment across engineering, design and commercial teams.
Deliver product improvements that support customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the VantagePoint capabilities within your pod.
Work with product leadership and relevant department leaders to ensure the pods direction supports the wider company and product vision.
Identify customer problems, market opportunities and product improvements through research, data and stakeholder feedback.
Build clear business cases and define the expected customer and commercial outcomes of product initiatives.
Communicate priorities, decisions and trade-offs clearly across business functions and geographies.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fintech to lead our financial products, payment experiences, cash management flows, and financial operations tools across the company`s ecosystem, with a clear mission: enabling heavy cash users to access the same digital benefits, marketplaces, and financial convenience that are usually available only to digitally paying customers.

What Will You Do
Understand our financial ecosystem, including payments, cash management, settlements, and operations.
Act as the primary go-to person, providing strategic direction and clarity on fintech and financial product domains across the organization.
Define and execute the fintech product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve payment reliability, financial accuracy, compliance, and scalability while providing digital access for cash-first users.
Lead new Fintech and cash management solutions, ensuring secure financial flows across payments and settlements.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable systems, automated controls, and clear dashboards to monitor KPIs and efficiencies.
Create clear documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption and ensure financial products remain auditable and aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Fraud and Security teams to ensure system integrity.

About the role You own the product end to end: the problem, the prototype, the spec, the release, the experiment, and the call to keep it, change it, or kill it. Which parts of the product you're focused on follows the opportunities we decide to invest in, and you'll hold several of them at once. The craft is the same in all of them. Some of what we build is AI itself: an AI co-founder for business owners, and an AI-led signup flow. Some of it is ordinary product work: checkout, pricing, compliance filings, a dashboard. In both cases, AI is how the job gets done here, not a type of project you get assigned. You build the prototype yourself. Our PMs build working prototypes in AI coding tools such as Lovable and Claude Code - alone or with a designer, depending on the project. The prototype goes to engineering as the spec, with real components, real states and real copy. Not a wireframe and a document. You move fast. You have an engineering team building against your decisions, and you are responsible for what they spend their time on. We release several times a day, nothing waits for a quarterly plan, and what you sketch on Monday can be live by Wednesday. You run your own experiments. Design the TEST, declare the primary metric before you open it, set exposure, get it instrumented with the data team, read it, and call it. Tests run in Statsig, with results in Heap and Tableau, though often we skip the dashboard and have an AI agent read the TEST straight out of the warehouse. Closing your own TEST on control is part of the job. You get your own answers. The same habit applies to every question, not only to tests. Instead of filing a request and waiting, you go and find out. You are expected to notice when a number is wrong, and to say so before a decision gets made on it. You own the consequences. When a price renders wrong or a payment method stops appearing on one browser, you are the person who works out how many customers it reached, decides what we do for them, and makes sure it cannot happen the same way twice. You hold the stakeholders. Requests reach you from other product teams, BizDev, Marketing, Finance, Legal, CX and data, and they will not agree on what matters most. You hear them out, decide what your team takes on and in what order, and tell the people who did not get what they asked for why not. They also need to know what is changing, what it means for their work, and when it lands, before it lands.

Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part.
