We're looking for a Fullstack (Product) Engineer who lives at the intersection of craft and product sense:You care as much about why we're building something as how it feels in the user's hands. You'll own experiences end-to-end from the first PRD conversation to the KPI dashboard weeks after ship. You'll shape our component library, raise the bar on our frontend infra, and help define what "good" looks like across the R&D org. This isn't a role where you get handed pixel-perfect mocks and a closed ticket. You'll have opinions, and we'll want to hear them.

Shape the component library. Evolve our patterns, primitives, and the infra that lets the whole team build faster without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Go full-stack when it counts. Write Node (NestJS) services and work across our data stack (Postgres, Snowflake, ClickHouse) to deliver features truly end-to-end.
Push AI-assisted development forward. Build the guardrails, skills, and workflows that let engineers contribute code quickly and safely you'll help make AI a force multiplier for the whole team, not a liability.
Raise the bar org-wide. Your taste in UX, and code quality should ripple well beyond your own team.

We are hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers - the Technical Builders, responsible for deciding that leads who design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor the next wave of engineers, and set the engineering standards that define how agentic AI gets deployed at scale. Partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption), you'll own outcomes end-to-end, from architecture decision to production. We are looking for a Senior II Software Engineer to join the CX Platform team, the foundational engineering team powering our entire Customer Experience group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of backend engineering, AI infrastructure, and customer-facing product.

You'll work across the full platform stack (backend services, data pipelines, security, cost, and scale) with a meaningful and growing focus on AI infrastructure. We own the agentic platform for the entire Product Offering group: from building the LLM infrastructure and agentic workflows to ensuring they're reliable, observable, and safe in production.

What you'll be doing:
Own AI infrastructure for the Product Offering group. Design, build, and evolve the shared AI platform (agentic workflows, LLM integrations, observability, and guardrails) that CX product teams build on.
Ship agentic features end to end. Lead development of AI-driven capabilities using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock, from architecture through production deployment and monitoring.
Drive platform architecture. Set the technical direction for the CX backend (services, data pipelines, API patterns) with an eye for scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Own core data foundations. Design resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL; keep pipelines fast, fresh, and reliable.
Mentor and elevate. Help engineers across the CX group grow in backend craft, AI engineering, and system design thinking.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with product, design, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped, high-quality solutions.

We are looking for a Sr. Staff Backend Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid (Ramat Gan) role, reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering in the Exposure Management & Security Operations department. Avalor, now part of Zscaler, powers the data foundation behind Security Operations platform, ingesting, unifying, and contextualizing data from hundreds of security and business tools to power security modules that deliver actionable insights and measurable risk reduction to our customers. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the data foundation behind platform and products. You will own complex data end-to-end - from ingestion and transformation through modeling, quality, observability, and production delivery.
This is a hands-on senior IC role for a strong builder who can solve difficult data problems independently, set a high technical bar, and collaborate closely with engineering, DS, and product. You will turn large, fragmented datasets into reliable, reusable capabilities that power every product.
Responsibilities
Build and own scalable data pipelines- Design, implement, and operate robust pipelines for high-volume structured and unstructured data, with validation, monitoring, lineage, and recovery built in.
