Were looking for a Director Product Manager to own and drive key product areas within next generation of AI-powered retail solutions.

This is a high-ownership role for a strong product leader who knows how to identify the right problems, shape product strategy, and turn complex data and real-world retail challenges into products that customers rely on to make decisions and take action.

Youll work at the intersection of AI, data, retail operations, merchandising, and store execution, building products that connect real-time store behavior with recommendations, workflows, and measurable business outcomes.

Youll work directly with leading global fashion retailers, deeply understand how they operate, challenge existing ways of working, and translate their most important business problems into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities
Lead AI-powered decision and insights enable platform
Own product strategy and execution for key areas of retail intelligence and execution platform - from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Identify and drive high-value product opportunities, using customer insight, product data, market understanding, unique real-time in-store data.
Turn complex retail and operational challenges into simple, scalable, and highly actionable product experiences.
Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand business processes, KPIs, decision-making, and unmet needs.
Define clear product priorities, requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps - and make strong trade-off decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Lead product discovery and experimentation around store optimization, merchandising performance, AI-driven recommendations, and retail execution.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, AI, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to drive products from concept to real-world impact.
Act as a product leader across the organization, bringing strong customer perspective, product judgment, and clarity to strategic decisions.

We are looking for a Head of Product, where you will be the "CEO" of Fullpath's CRM business unit - one of the most strategically critical and newest additions to our product portfolio. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the domain's strategy, product roadmap, and engineering execution, leading an integrated team of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers. The CRM domain sits at the heart of how automotive dealerships manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. It is a technically complex, data-intensive product: a per-dealer, multi-tenant system deeply integrated with dealership back-office systems and third-party data sources, with a rapidly growing AI and agentic layer. Your mission is to make this domain a category-defining product.
Your goal is to drive meaningful business outcomes by leading both product strategy and execution, breaking down the wall between product and engineering, and ensuring the team stays aligned, focused, and moving fast toward impact.
This role will be based out of Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv and report to the VP of Product & Development
What you will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and long-term strategy for the CRM domain in alignment with the company's overall goals - including its evolving AI roadmap.
Product-Engineering Integration: Lead an integrated organization of product managers and engineers. Foster a culture where "the business outcome is the mission," and technical excellence serves business value.
End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of your domain - from discovery and ideation to architecture, development, and production.
Business Impact: Define, track, and be accountable for the domain's KPIs (revenue, retention, dealer engagement, churn).
People Management: Manage, mentor and grow high-performing Product and Engineering managers. Build a culture that prioritizes ownership and accountability.
Operational Excellence: Optimize team methodologies to sustain high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt.

We are looking for a B2B SaaS Enterprise Software Senior Product Manager to lead strategic solutions from conception to execution.

As an experienced, hands-on leader you will own the vision & roadmap of a dedicated R&D team set to empower worldwide organizations (Banks, Insurers, and more) to create customer-facing digital processes.

Responsibilities:
Create lovable products by driving product strategy and overseeing the end-to-end product development process.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach addressing real customer pain points constantly engaging with customers and analyzing user and usability data.

Run experiments, including A/B tests, prompt iterations, model improvements, and funnel optimizations
Use data, user research, and market insights to make fast, high-quality product decisions
Use AI design and prototyping tools to quickly explore product ideas, while applying strong UX/UI judgment to refine flows, evaluate quality, and ensure a polished user experience
