We are seeking an Embedded team leader to join our team in North We are looking for an experienced Embedded software development team leader who will serve as a professional leader, Support Engineers, and drive professional involvement in projects, while also managing new employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: * At least 5 years of experience in Embedded software development
* Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Embedded software development, including experience with various operating systems - Linux /VxWorks/FreeRTOS.
* At least 3 years of experience managing a development team.
* Experience in software development for multi-interface systems (including hardware interfaces - operating serial interfaces, interfaces with cards, BSP, etc.).
* Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and working with C / C ++.
* Professional capabilities in testing, including planning and understanding TEST environments, designing tests (cycles and scenarios), initiating testing operations, leading and conducting reviews, designing and implementing tests.
* Ability to manage people, work in a team, systemic view, high service consciousness and independence, high integration capabilities.
* Proficiency in English, reading and writing - mandatory.
* Very good interpersonal communication.
* Working with professional managers at the client's site.
* Working with managers at abra.
* Experience working with: OS, Linux, C ++, C, oop, hw/sw Advantages
* Experience in Real-Time ( rtgreenTxtBg!) systems development
* Availability for international travel
* Experience in managing and leading SCRUM teams Location: North (on-site)
