As a Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving cutting-edge features from concept to commercialization.
This role requires working from our Jerusalem site 1 day per week. It also offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
What will your job look like?
Customer Champion: Directly engage with customers to understand their needs, analyze requirements, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific demands.
Visionary Architect: Define the system architecture and derive comprehensive system and software requirements that align with our hardware and software capabilities.
Strategic Planner: Develop consolidated timelines for multiple projects and prioritize product features.
Collaborative Leader: Work closely with software architects, developers and project managers to drive the product success.
Quality Advocate: Adhere to ASPICE standards for system requirements, architecture, and software requirements, ensuring the highest quality and reliability.
Requirements: Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 5-10 years of experience in technical product management, system engineering, or solution architecture.
Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of high-scale communication protocols, including MQTT, WebSockets, and RESTful API design.
Systems Engineering Proficiency: Familiarity with systems engineering and requirement management processes and methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with senior leadership.
Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact confidently with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Customer Focus: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on understanding customer needs and expectations.
Drive and Initiative: Accountability, independence, and a highly motivated approach to work, capable of delivering results even under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements.
Automotive & Embedded Context: Experience in the automotive industry or experience bridging embedded systems/Linux environments with cloud backends - Advantage.
