The Integration Manager will be responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and

integrating all engineering and network-related aspects across lines and disciplines

within the planning packages of the metro lines. Responsibilities include:

Managing and synchronizing interfaces between various engineering
disciplines, both at the network level and at the individual line level.

Reviewing planning submissions for the metro lines and ensuring compliance
with mandatory requirements, applicable standards, and inter-disciplinary and

inter-line coordination.

Participating in multidisciplinary professional forums to resolve complex issues
and manage inter-disciplinary disputes.

Ensuring synergy between different complex systems, including interfaces
between infrastructure, railway systems, operational systems, electrical systems, control systems, and more.

Reporting to the Project Director of METAV and to the Integration manager of NTA Technical and Engineering Division.
Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our international team on a major Metro Rail infrastructure project. The role focuses on supporting the client with contract management best practice, contractual correspondence, claims preparation and review, and supporting the commercial and legal aspects of project execution. The successful candidate will have a strong contract commercial management, legal and/or engineering background, experience with FIDIC contracts, and the ability to navigate complex claims in a multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide contract management best practice advice and support to the client;
Manage the following and/or advise/support the client in this regard, as per the delegation of tasks:
Manage and draft formal project correspondence with clients, contractors, and partners.
Prepare, analyze, and respond to claims, variations, and contractual notices, ensuring compliance with project agreements and legal standards.
Maintain and update detailed logs of incoming and outgoing contractual communications.
Prepare documentation for dispute resolution procedures, including adjudication or arbitration, if necessary.
Review subcontractor contracts and assist in alignment with the main contract.
Ensure contract compliance and maintain organized records of all key contractual events
Work closely with legal, technical, and commercial teams to ensure proper interpretation and application of contract terms.
Provide necessary input and involvement in risk management.
Support the Client, the Procurement Team, Project Director (and regional headquarters) in claims defense and negotiation strategy.
Prepare monthly reports on contract management topics (including problem solving with the client, key input provided, contractual status of procurement contracts, open claims, and risk exposure).

This involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction methodologies with Buildots proven workflows to create a digital twin that accurately represents how projects are built.

Our solution managers are construction professionals with hands-on industry expertise, complemented by deep knowledge of the Buildots platform. They oversee the full lifecycle of projects from setup to ongoing maintenance while engaging directly with clients to ensure the system consistently delivers measurable value.

With a regional structure and global coverage, the Construction Solution team aligns our tools and methods to meet local market requirements while contributing to the continuous evolution of our solution.

What You'll Do:
Design and implement Buildots our solution for local and global projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
Act as a construction subject matter expert within us, guiding internal teams with your field experience.
Translate project construction methodologies into our digital twin framework, creating systems that reflect how projects are actually built.
Combine our design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize the value of the platform across the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design methodology by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.
Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing both client needs and our strategy in discovery sessions.
Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product to ensure client success and alignment with company goals.

As a Project Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Configuration of our product for clients' needs using our configuration system
Setup our Digital Twin for new projects into our system.
Solve technical configuration issues.
Work together with Project Managers and Customer Success to support the project and clients needs.
Ongoing project maintenance through the project life cycle.
Be part of creating the Teams tools and workflows internally and with the product/development team.

As a BIM Specialist - Major Projects , you are the bridge between the physical site and our digital brain. You wont just be "modelling", youll be managing the Digital Twin of massive global projects. Youll ensure the data flowing into our AI is flawless, helping project managers worldwide make decisions based on real-time 3D insights.
