Our client, a well-regarded global organisation, is expanding its established site logistics team in Shoham and is looking for an experienced Site Logistics Contractor to join them. You'll support day-to-day logistics operations on site, keeping materials moving efficiently, inventory accurate, and ongoing projects and operations well supported.
The Role
- Fully on-site position in Shoham
- 8-hour working day, starting at 7:30am
- 6+ month contract, engaged as an independent contractor
- Join an existing, experienced logistics team during a period of growth
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Material Handling
- Receive incoming deliveries in the data center, both physically and in the system
- Handle receiving of devices and consumables
- Secure and store materials appropriately on delivery
- Perform ad-hoc shipment expediting and physical material verification through warehouses
Storage and Project Prep
- Maintain and organise on-site storage areas
- Build physical project pallets for deployment
- Pull, prep, and coordinate shipments of materials to other sites or warehouses
Operational Support
- Support and escalate urgent data center material requests
- Assist with miscellaneous and emergent logistics needs as they arise
Inventory and Accuracy Management
- Conduct weekly device inventory scans
- Perform cycle counts in line with the scheduled ABC analysis
- Investigate discrepancies on site and in warehouses
- Manage physical and system-based Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including RTS rack transactions and returns of unused materials after projects
Requirements: About You:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or materials handling, ideally in a data center or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory accuracy
- Comfortable working both physically and in inventory or warehouse management systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to be on site for a 7:30am start
- Must speak English, as the interview process will be conducted in English
- Eligible to live and work in Israel
- Set up as an independent contractor. We'll support you through this process.
