B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, or design transfer for multidisciplinary products.

Proven experience supporting pilot and serial production and developing or improving manufacturing processes.

Experience with engineering documentation, BOM/DMR structures, ECO/CO processes, and PLM/PDM and ERP systems.

Strong hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; SolidWorks experience is preferred.

Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken; medical-device or other regulated-industry experience is an advantage.

Education & Experience - Relevant engineering degree and 3+ years of experience in multidisciplinary product industrialization.

Product & Business Acumen - Understands how design choices affect product quality, supply continuity, serviceability, cost, and time to market.

Execution & Leadership - Owns deliverables end to end, prioritizes effectively, and leads cross-functional actions without direct authority.

Technical Skills - Manufacturing documentation, DFM/DFA/DFT, ECO and configuration control, RCA, process validation, PLM/PDM/ERP, and CAD/SolidWorks.

Must Have:
B.Sc. in Engineering - mandatory; Mechanical Engineering - preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar production engineering role. Proven experience leading engineering/process changes end-to-end, from definition through implementation and closure. Experience with process verification, validation, or qualification activities. Experience working with external suppliers and subcontractors. Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, and proven hands-on experience supporting production. Practical experience using measurement tools and equipment, and the ability to analyze data. Strong problem-solving, investigation, and root cause analysis capabilities. Fluent English - written and verbal, including technical writing

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering - MUST.

2-4 years Hands-on experienced with Multidisciplinary Medical Equipment V&V Testing - Big Advantage.

Experienced with Laboratory Equipment (Scope, DVM etc.), Problem Solver & technical capabilities - Advantage.

Ability to lead projects including GANTT Timelines, Tracking Tasks, Budget requirements & Project Deliverables.

Ability to Communicate Project Status, Managing Project Weekly Meeting (IPT) and overall communication to superior management.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

Proven leadership skills, quick & self-learner and adaptively/agility abilities.

Technical writing and word processing skills, High level of presentation skills.

Familiar with PLM work (Enovia PLM).

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from a leading university GPA 85+
* 2-5 years of experience in a relevant engineering role
* Hands-on experience in the medical device industry – an advantage
* Familiarity with design control processes and standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820) – an advantage
* Proficiency with SolidWorks – an advantage
* Full proficiency in English, including reading and writing technical documentation

B.Sc. in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or B.Sc. in Physics (MSc - advantage).
7+years of experience in process development of detectors assembly.
Experience working with Automatic Assembly systems.
Practical experience with Die Attach and Epoxy/Adhesive Dispensing.
Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles.
A strong team player with an analytical mindset, comfortable working on long-term, innovative R&D projects where solutions aren't always "off-the-shelf."
