Job responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend infrastructure and microservices supporting AI-driven features.
Collaborate closely with the infra and data groups to ensure smooth integration of AI models and services into Bobs core systems.
Develop and optimize APIs, data pipelines, and background processing workflows.
Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience of production systems handling real-time AI interactions.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, architecture discussions, and automation.
Mentor other backend developers and promote best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.

We are looking for a top-of-the-line Senior Python Backend Engineer to develop state-of-the-art enterprise platforms, cloud solutions, and data engines. In this role, you will design mission-critical, high-availability distributed systems, build advanced APIs, and deploy software across diverse cloud and infrastructure ecosystems
Teams:
Management Team: Enterprise Control Panel: Builds the end-to-end REST-to-RPC API pipeline to process complex client requests. Core Infrastructure: Manages storage, network, and virtualization layers, utilizing concurrent Python for cluster deployments and system upgrades.
Data Engine Services: focuses on a modern cloud-native ecosystem, demanding specialization in Kubernetes orchestration, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous Python (FastAPI/Async I/O)
Cloud Team: focuses on cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, bridging low-level Python system architecture with multi-cloud deployments across major hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

We are building a next-generation Workforce AI Security platform that helps enterprises manage, secure, and govern AI-powered products at scale. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the core backend team and own foundational services used across the platform. The role is focused on production-grade backend engineering, distributed systems, APIs, reliability, and clean, maintainable design.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and own backend services from design to production.
Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices for core platform capabilities.
Work on domains such as policy flows, identity/authentication, tenant and license management, client/agent services, MCP protection, analyzers, and business-logic services.
Design reliable flows for service-to-service communication, caching, background processing, data persistence, and multi-region production environments.
Participate in architecture discussions and improve system design, performance, security, reliability, and observability.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and take ownership of delivery quality.
Collaborate closely with product, architects, frontend, DevOps, security researchers, and other engineering teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to strong engineering standards and best practices.
Own backend data-platform capabilities, including event schemas, ingestion pipelines, and reusable query layers for high-volume, multi-tenant product analytics.
