We are looking for an experienced UAS System Engineer to join our airborne systems engineering team and serve as a key technical authority for ArduPilot-based unmanned aircraft systems, including multirotor and fixed-wing platforms.

The role requires a strong system-engineering background combined with deep, hands-on expertise in ArduPilot, flight control, aircraft sensors, avionics, and system integration.

The engineer will support the airborne system engineering team across aircraft development, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and flight operations, and will work closely with software, avionics, control, mechanical, and flight-test teams.

A key aspect of the role is the ability to bridge aircraft behavior, flight-control logic, ArduPilot configuration, and software implementation.

The ideal candidate is not only an ArduPilot user, but a system engineer who understands why the aircraft behaves the way it does and can connect aircraft-level behavior to the underlying system architecture.

This team is responsible for rapidly developing proof of concept solutions and first generation prototypes for new technologies, products, and operational capabilities. The role combines hands-on assembly, system integration, platform configuration, flight testing, and troubleshooting in a fast paced development environment.

Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electronic assembly, including soldering, wiring, and component installation.
Configure, calibrate, and prepare platforms and system components for testing.
Conduct ground and flight tests for prototype systems.
Identify and resolve issues encountered throughout assembly, integration, and testing phases.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sub-contractors, and internal leadership, ensuring transparent communication, expectations alignment, and issue resolution.
Program Planning & Governance: Establish structured execution roadmaps, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and management cadences (Integrated Program Team meetings, status reviews, and action tracking).
Matrix Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary technical teams, aligning functional managers around shared goals while delegating clear ownership and accountability.
Resource & Risk Management: Own program budgets, forecasts, resources, schedules, scope changes, and risk mitigation strategies to address capability gaps promptly.
Lifecycle Reviews & Verification: Plan and lead formal design reviews, readiness gates, system integration, field trials, and demonstrations in close collaboration with engineering and operations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain an accurate "source of truth" for program data, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates and progress reports to executive leadership.

Were looking for an Experienced Physical Design Engineer to join our growing team, and take a key role in developing our next-generation SoC from definition to Tape-Out.
What will your job look like:
Hands-on physical design block owner, leading the process from RTL to GDS .
Lead floorplan exploration in collaboration with Front-End and Architecture teams.
STA: Partner with FE and floor planners to manage block and top-level constraints and perform 1st-level timing analysis.
Synthesis: Conduct synthesis exploration and deliver final netlists, including scan insertion, UPF, and clean Lint/Spyglass checks.
Place & Route: Drive the flow from synthesis netlist to final layout and signoff verification, with a focus on optimizing PPA (Power, Performance, and Area).
