Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,
with substantial relevant industry experience. A PhD in wireless communications, signal processing, or a related area
is an advantage.
Typically 7+ years of hands-on experience in wireless systems, RAN development, modem/PHY development,
or system/link-level simulation; exceptional candidates with equivalent depth are welcome.
Deep knowledge of LTE and/or 5G NR L1/L2 behavior, including MAC scheduling, link adaptation,
HARQ, CQI/SINR feedback, resource allocation, and uplink power control.
Strong understanding of digital communications and signal processing, including channel estimation,
equalization, coding/modulation, MIMO, propagation and fading models, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience building or validating link-level, system-level, or hardware-in-the-loop simulations and
explaining where a model is-and is not-valid.
Strong programming skills in C or C++ and Python, including the ability to integrate production native code with
simulation and analysis tooling.
Practical experience with scientific computing and data analysis using tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas,
and visualization frameworks.
Hands-on experience developing or evaluating machine-learning models for communications, signal processing,
time-series data, or related domains using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or an equivalent framework.
Sound experimental and statistical judgment: reproducibility, baselines, error analysis, uncertainty, calibration,
controlled comparisons, and avoidance of data leakage or curve fitting.
Experience working in Linux development environments with Git, automated testing, containers, and CI/CD.
Ability to lead a technically ambiguous initiative, make architecture decisions, and communicate clearly
across research, product, development, and validation teams.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in System Integration, System Validation, or Software Quality Engineering.
Strong experience working with complex distributed software systems.
Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and YAML.
Experience analyzing application and system logs.
Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex system architectures.
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
Curiosity to understand how systems work, not just whether they work.
Nice to have:
Experience with Python or another scripting language.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or PyTest.
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Experience with telecom technologies (4G, 5G, Open RAN).
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Experience using observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or Elasticsearch.
Education:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical leadership, project management, or similar multidisciplinary roles.
Strong understanding of complex electro-optical systems involving software, algorithms, sensors, hardware, and platform integration.
Experience in system architecture, requirement definition, interface management, and technical leadership.
Background in drones, UAVs, navigation systems, electro-optics, computer vision, or GNSS-denied environments.
Experience writing system requirements and technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelors degree in engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, homeland security, or autonomous systems.
Experience working with military or operational customers.
Familiarity with multidisciplinary hardware-software development and validation processes.
Experience supporting proposals, demonstrations, and customer-facing technical activities.

Requirements:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience managing multi-regional engineering teams
Strong technical background in Kubernetes and cloud-native development
Proficiency in C/C++; familiarity with Python and Bash
Understanding of real-time systems, networking, and resource management concepts
Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Telecom or wireless industry experience-or experience in adjacent fields such as communications systems or real-time constrained products

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in electrical design (EO / embedded / defense systems - advantage)
Strong hands-on experience with analog and digital design, including high-speed systems
Experience with board bring-up, debugging, and validation
Familiarity with EO components such as sensors, cameras, IR systems, and embedded platforms
Experience working with PCB design and external vendors
Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
