About this role:
As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the company's global finance function, supporting its continued rapid growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the groups month-end, quarter and year-end closing process.
Manage all financial aspects of our subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and the companys policies.
Prepare the statutory financial statements and tax return of the subsidiaries and participate in the financial reporting of the parent company.
Own the Company's ASC 340-40 framework, including the evaluation, capitalization, amortization, and policy governance of sales commissions.
Participate in the Company's transfer pricing framework, including intercompany arrangements, transfer pricing studies, Master File documentation, and global compliance requirements.
Perform monthly and quarterly analytical reviews, providing insights into financial performance and variance analyses, identifying key trends and business insights.
Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance and ensure accounting implications are considered in strategic decisions.
Lead cross-functional finance initiatives, driving process improvements, automation, AI adoption, and scalable accounting operations across the organization.
Work closely with external auditors and advisors to support financial reporting and compliance requirements.

We're hiring an AI-First Director of Finance & Compliance to own the financial backbone of a fast-scaling fintech company. Youll lead financial operations, planning, tax, compliance, and reporting - with AI as the operating system, not a layer on top. Every workflow you touch gets rebuilt for speed and leverage. Manual processes are technical debt and your job is to eliminate them. You will also oversee our payment compliance function - KYB/KYC, transaction monitoring, and financial crime risk - ensuring it scales with Anchors growth without adding headcount.

Reporting to the CFO. Hands-on builder. Deeply tech savvy - you configure and adopt tools yourself, you dont wait for someone else to set them up. Startup speed, public-company rigor.

Responsibility
●Oversee the books. Manage the external bookkeeping firm handling GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

●Own financial reporting. Build AI-generated reporting pipelines for monthly and quarterly P&L analysis, unaudited quarterly reports, and annual audits - reducing the manual assembly time and making reporting continuously current rather than periodic.

●Lead tax compliance for U.S. and Israeli operations. Ensure adherence to all statutory financial requirements.

●Own FP&A. AI-driven forecasting, scenario modeling, and cash flow management - not spreadsheet-based. Models update dynamically, scenarios run in minutes, and board packages are generated from live data.

●Manage treasury. Cash flow, AP, AR, expenses, capital allocation, and revenue recognition - using AI to automate routine categorization, payment scheduling, and variance alerts so nothing falls through the cracks at scale.

●Drive board and investor reporting. Financial packages, KPI dashboards, and investor updates.

●Own regulatory compliance. Build and maintain compliance frameworks. Use AI-driven monitoring to flag risks and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

●Implement internal controls. Design and implement internal controls with AI-assisted monitoring - continuous audit trails, automated exception reporting, and real-time audit readiness rather than point-in-time preparation.

●Support capital strategy, including fundraising readiness and strategic financial decisions.

●Partner with leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing, Dev and Operations to align financial planning with company goals.

●Support pricing and deal structure decisions with financial modeling and margin analysis.

●Oversee payment compliance operations. Own the KYB/KYC and CIP onboarding workflows, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and case investigations - using AI-assisted review queues to surface high-risk signals and reduce manual triage so the compliance function scales with transaction volume without scaling headcount.

As our Director of Revenue, you will be a key leader responsible for revenue assurance, revenue accounting and reporting, billing operations, accounts receivable and cash collection, and SOX compliance. You will set the strategic direction for our companys revenue accounting organization within a high-growth environment defined by complex software licensing, hybrid consumption models, and rapidly expanding public cloud offerings.
This role requires deep technical expertise, fluency in complex revenue models, and the ability to build scalable, high-performing teams and processes capable of supporting our companys trajectory toward a multi-billion-dollar business. You will also be a highly visible partner in commercial and go-to-market decision making, influencing deal structures, and modeling deal outcomes.

What You'll Do:
Set direction for the revenue accounting organization and develop strategic plans aligned with our companys hyper-growth roadmap and multi-product monetization strategy.
Lead Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams.
Design, build, and scale end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring they support complex software licensing arrangements, hybrid and public cloud consumption-based revenue models, and rapidly expanding global operations.
Drive maturation, automation, and standardization of billing and revenue systems and processes, ensuring scalability to multi-billion-dollar volume.
Establish and enhance revenue policies under ASC 606 and ASC 340-40, with specific ownership for complex licensing, usage-based billing, cloud services, multi-element arrangements, and hybrid monetization structures.
Review, structure, and document complex commercial arrangements, including large enterprise licenses, multi-year cloud consumption plans, flexible ramp schedules, and strategic partnership agreements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Deal Desk, Product, and GTM leadership on deal structuring, pricing models, and commercial terms.
Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Product, Sales Operations, Legal, FP&A, IT, Accounting, and Tax.
Ensure timely and accurate revenue close and compliance with US GAAP.
Manage external auditor relationships and support quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Provide ongoing education on complex revenue topics to Sales, Product, and leadership.
Ensure a robust control environment and effective SOX compliance across revenue-related processes and systems.
