Your Impact
As the QA Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our groundbreaking maritime technology. You'll lead a talented QA team, define testing strategies, and implement automation frameworks to uphold the highest standards across our products. What You'll Do
Lead QA Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive testing procedures, quality metrics, and test strategies to maintain product excellence.
Automation Leadership: Architect and lead the development of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.

Requirements:

Comprehensive QA Expertise: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with:
Back-end and front-end testing
Cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Python programming
Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD)
QA management tools (e.g., Jira)

Key Responsibilities
Daily Analysis of automation CI results, Develop, refactor and design automation tests and pipelines integrating with SW tools from the ground up, interfacing to various systems and tests (Python-based).
Work closely with developers to create and maintain a state of the art system tests.
Define, develop and execute automated testing plans with deep system knowledge and understanding.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 2 years experience in development of product testing, manufacturing, automation tools.
Knowledge of File Systems (NAS) / Block-level Storage/storage networking protocols- Big Advantage.
Experience with Linux, Python, bash. - Must
Experience in analyzing large and diverse systems, understanding QA processes and procedures.
Background in developing test automation infrastructure and/or automating tests on a combination of Linux and Windows servers.
A deep understanding of Computer systems / Operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) - must
Demonstrated testing experience (Test Definition & Execution) in the following fields: Integration, Performance, Stress.
B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline - an advantage
Advantage
Experience with virtualization, cloud, networking, or storage technologies.
Experience with tools like Jenkins and Git.
Good networking knowledge and experience with storage technologies.

Automation Engineer - Mobile (IOS/Android)

Now were looking for a visionary Automation Engineer to join our Automation teams. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Automated tests. Our Automated tests cover various aspects of the product, including complex networking topology, traffic, security rules, Users authentication scenarios and mobile applications interacting deeply with the operating system.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automation solutions for mobile applications, including end-to-end scenarios across backend, network, and device layers
Build, configure, and maintain mobile testing environments (emulators, simulators, and physical devices), including CI-integrated mobile labs
Develop automation for applications that integrate with mobile OS capabilities (e.g., VPN configuration, system extensions, network controls, background services)
Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions into the automation workflow, improving productivity, reliability, and insight generation
Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to enhance test automation, including test generation, failure analysis, and optimization of test coverage and execution
Cope with complex code along with quality standards and best practices.
You will be expected to come up with initiatives regarding Automation infrastructure and tools.
You will work with other Automation teams, as part of cross-teams Automation efforts to achieve code reuse and unified standards in code, tools, and processes.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery of mobile and networking features.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience implementing automated tests for multi-layered products
Strong coding skills in Java/Phyton or another object-oriented language
Hands-on experience with mobile testing (iOS and/or Android)
Experience with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar)
Experience testing applications with deep OS integration (e.g., VPN, networking, system extensions)
Experience building and maintaining mobile test environments (emulators, real devices, CI integration)
Practical experience using AI-based tools to improve software development or test automation workflows (e.g., test generation, code assistance, failure analysis, or test optimization)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and drive tasks end-to-end
Experience with device farms or cloud-based mobile labs
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, etc.)
Experience with VPN clients, proxies, or endpoint security solutions
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
