We are looking for a seasoned and execution-driven Head of QA to own the quality function across our portfolio of multiple applications, serving millions of users worldwide. In this role you will provide technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers and team leads across R&D, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do?

Own the company-wide quality strategy - test plans, release processes, environments, coverage targets, and quality KPIs across web, backend, and mobile (iOS / Android).
Define and evolve our test automation strategy and frameworks, driving automation-first thinking across all R&D teams.
Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools and agentic workflows to improve coverage, reduce regression cycles, and increase team velocity.
Partner with R&D leadership to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and ensure release readiness at scale.
Stay hands-on where it matters - reviewing test architectures, investigating production-impacting issues, and contributing to critical test efforts.
Own the QA tooling stack and vendor relationships, balancing cost, coverage, and developer experience.

We are seeking a highly technical QA Engineer to join our engine engineering group. In this role, you will be the guardian of quality for our core platform capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, ensuring the architectural integrity of our testing suites, and validating complex features across both client-side and server-side systems. What Will You Do:
Take part in the QA effort within your squad, fostering a culture where quality is integrated into the development lifecycle from day one.
Design, implement, and own complex automation tests spanning engine logic and backend services.
Own the manual validation of features across multiple services: identify edge cases, manage test dependencies, and provide clear "Go/No-Go" signals.

This is a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) position on our Falcon Data Protection product development team, focusing on the integration between our endpoint sensor and browser extension technology. You will own the end-to-end quality process for how the sensor and browser extension work together to deliver data protection - from hands-on exploratory testing and test strategy design through to building robust automation. As a key contributor to the team, you will drive validation for new capabilities, ensuring data protection works as expected across the full stack.
