The Impact You’ll Create As the creator and leader of the global commercialization platform, Medison requires a distinctive and forward-thinking marketing and communications strategy. In this role, you will play a critical part in articulating and elevating Medison’s identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all communications, while strengthening our presence and visibility within the global biotech ecosystem. You are expected to define, lead, and personally deliver key strategic outputs, including messaging frameworks, presentations, investor materials, and strategic content; all while maintaining a builder mentality and showcasing strong execution skills. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely on planning and executing high-impact communications and strategic narratives, while operating with a high degree of independence and driving outputs end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Lead: 1. Strategic Marketing & Positioning
* Lead Medison’s global positioning and brand strategy, clearly articulating our unique platform and value proposition
* Develop and communicate compelling narratives tailored to key stakeholders: investors, banks, biotech partners, and internal audiences
* Translate the business model into clear, differentiated, and impactful messaging
* Lead marketing efforts for corporate initiatives and strategic projects
