We are seeking a Scale TEST team leader to lead our newly Scale Testing team, responsible for validating the iBox under maximum real-world scale. combining features, protocols, capacity, and traffic simultaneously to expose issues that only emerge at the limits of the system. This role sits at the intersection of functional testing, performance testing, and customer-representative system design, ensuring the iBox holds up not just to isolated stress, but to the full complexity of production-scale deployments. The role is expected to be approximately 75% hands-on, directly involved in TEST design, execution, and investigation alongside the team.
Responsibilities:

* Form and Lead a team of scale TEST engineers, hiring and guiding them through complex, large-scale TEST design, execution, and root-cause analysis
* Design and execute tests that combine multiple features, protocols, and workloads concurrently at maximum scale (pools, volumes, snapshots, replication, etc.)
* Build and maintain customer-representative testbeds that mirror real-world production configurations at scale
* Drive high-volume, sustained traffic scenarios alongside feature and capacity scaling to surface interaction effects and edge-case failures
* Investigate and analyze complex, multi-variable system issues that arise only under combined scale conditions
* Participate in technical reviews - requirements, design, TEST design, and field reports - bringing a scale/ system -limits perspective
* Set up and maintain long-running, large-footprint hardware and software TEST environments
* Collaborate closely with Performance, system TEST, Interoperability, R&D, Product Management, and Support to ensure scale considerations are built into product design early
* Define and evolve the team's scale testing methodology, tooling, and metrics

Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical direction of the infrastructure powering our large-scale automation environment: define architecture, coding standards, and best practices across the different infrastructure components.
* Engage with Automation, R&D, Product, and other Infra groups from the earliest stages of feature development - weighing in on testability, edge cases, and environment/protocol compatibility to enable smooth, scaled development and testing.
* Mentor and grow engineers across local and remote sites - conducting design and code reviews, and raising the team's overall engineering bar.
* Drive root cause investigations of complex, hard-to-reproduce issues: race conditions, timing-sensitive failures, and environment-mismatch problems that only surface at scale.

We are looking for a system QA Engineer to join our team and work on complex, multidisciplinary systems. This role involves end-to-end system testing, including requirement analysis, TEST design, execution in lab environments, and validation of integrated systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and take part in system integrations and testing activities both in-house and occasionally at customer sites.
Responsibilities

* Conduct TEST reviews and ensure coverage and quality
* Execute tests in system labs and integrated environments
* Analyze TEST results, report defects, and verify fixes
* Participate in system integration activities and validation processes
* Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams
* Work with TEST management and defect tracking tools

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding complex systems, can quickly move between software, hardware, and infrastructure, and takes ownership of quality from feature design through customer delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.
Responsibilities
Own the quality effort for features and projects from design through release
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and validation strategies
Validate software functionality across backend services, mobile applications, desktop applications, and
hardware components
Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and system-level testing
Investigate, reproduce, and triage complex software and hardware issues
Analyze logs, system behavior, and test results to identify root causes and clearly communicate findings
Work with databases to validate data integrity and troubleshoot backend issues
Use command-line tools and shell environments to validate systems and investigate failures
Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze failures, and work with developers to determine root causes
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality
Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and product quality
Drive high product quality while continuously improving the customer experience

Required QA Engineer
As a QA Engineer, you will:
Lead technological projects, in system and quality aspects
Design detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Identify, document and manage bugs life cycle
Work closely with research, product, dev, DevOps and program managers to meet project timeline.
