We are hiring a Manufacturing NPI Engineer to join a company located in Shoham!
We are looking for a Manufacturing NPI Engineer Engineer to own products from NPI through supplier production, installation, and field service.
What youll do
Lead NPI from design transfer to production ramp-up
Own manufacturing sustain engineering for complex electro-mechanical systems
Apply DFx to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost
Work hands-on with local overseas suppliers (turnkey, FAIs, integration)
Drive ECOs, cost-reduction, and second-source initiatives
Troubleshoot production and field issues
Requirements: BSc in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years experience in Manufacturing / NPI Engineering
Strong manufacturing, Quality tooling knowledge
SolidWorks and ERP proficiency
Fluent English | ~20% travel
