We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to own and evolve our modern, cloud-first workplace infrastructure. This role is highly SaaS-active, focusing heavily on identity lifecycle automation and automated endpoint management. You pair deep infrastructure skills with an AI-forward mindset, actively leveraging AI tools to automate operations, optimize internal workflows, and secure our fully digital environment.
What am I going to do?:
Identity & Access Management: Own Okta as our primary IdP. Architect and automate complex identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and context-aware adaptive MFA policies. Endpoint Management (MDM): Design and manage our enterprise Apple ecosystem using Jamf Pro. Optimize zero-touch deployment (Apple Business Manager), patch management, and security configurations. SaaS & Cloud Operations: Act as the primary administrator for our core SaaS stack. Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows. AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-driven operations (AIOps) for smart monitoring, predictive analytics, and low-code/no-code automated IT support workflows. Senior Enterprise Security Engineer
As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer, you will be a foundational architect of our corporate security posture, directly safeguarding our infrastructure, sensitive data, and global workforce. This is a highly hands-on, configuration-driven role focused on hardening our environment through identity governance, endpoint security, and automated threat response.
What Youll Do:
Identity & Zero Trust: Architect robust IAM principles (Okta, Entra ID) and Zero Trust strategies. Enforce granular authentication, lifecycle management, and device trust to ensure secure access across all corporate resources.
Endpoint Security & Fleet Hardening: Lead the administration of our EDR (CrowdStrike Falcon) and MDM/UEM (Intune, Jamf). Manage patch lifecycles, endpoint state attestation, and proactive threat hunting to neutralize threats across all corporate devices.
Threat Detection & Automation: Develop advanced detection logic (SIEM/XDR) and build SOAR workflows to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Respond (MTTR).

Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and internal knowledge bases
Security & Compliance
Maintain ISO certification requirements by tracking audit schedules, required documentation, coordinating departmental evidence collection, and filing certificates and reports centrally
Drive SOC 2 audit readiness by maintaining the evidence library (access reviews, training records, change management logs), tracking all controls and their status, and scheduling and supporting auditor visits
Vet new suppliers before engagement by collecting security documentation, ensuring NDAs are signed, and keeping the vendor register up to date.
