We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to head our R D product program management. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex development processes within a multi-disciplinary environment (integrating Hardware, Software, and Materials). The ideal candidate is a proven leader of leaders, capable of bridging the gap between product vision, customer requirements, and high-level engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership People Management: Direct people management (meanly system engineers) and management of managers. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams in a challenging technological landscape.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Full accountability for the development cycle-from initial product definition and conceptualization through detailed planning and execution, to final release and customer del
Requirements: Senior Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in R D or Program Management, including a proven track record of managing managers and leading large-scale development operations.
Multi-disciplinary Technical Background: Proven experience managing development processes that integrate Hardware, Software, and Materials - Mandatory.
Hardware Product Development: A solid background in managing the development of complex hardware products from concept to mass production (NPI).
Product Business Acumen: Experience in customer-facing roles and working closely with Product teams to define and execute a forward-looking product vision and meeting cost targets.
Education: B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Systems) or a related technological field. An MBA or M.Sc. in Engineering is a significant advantage.
