Digital Marketing Social media Manager
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Social media Manager to lead and expand our digital presence across Israel. Youll own content, social, and community-translating complex educational ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful digital experiences.

What Youll Do
- Build the marketing strategy for different audiences across the Israeli education ecosystem
- Lead the companys digital presence, with a focus on communicating with educators
- Turn complex pedagogical content into clear, high-value digital content that educators trust and use
- Own end-to-end content production: short-form video (shooting + editing) and high-quality visual assets
- Build and manage digital professional communities, and engage meaningfully with principals, supervisors, and teachers
- Analyze performance and continuously improve content based on data and insights
What You Bring
- Proven experience in building marketing strategies and launching new products to market
- Proven experience in video creation and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and strong graphic design skills (Canva at a high level / Adobe Suite)
- 2+ years of experience managing professional/B2B social media, especially facebook and community-driven platforms
- Strong quantitative skills: ability to analyze, visualize, and clearly communicate content performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills: ability to craft sharp, professional posts, short articles, and nuanced messaging
- Willingness and ability to work closely and consistently with public sector organizations
- Native-level Hebrew - required

Role Details
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Tel Aviv, 1 day remote
