About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and hands-on Director of Product Management to own the strategic direction of our product portfolio and lead our most critical product initiatives. Key Responsibilities Set the Strategy: Define what we build across Embedded, cloud, and platform layers, clearly articulating the what, why, in what order, and for whom. Own & Execute: Personally drive PRDs, customer development, prioritization, and GTM partnership on the most strategic product areas until the team scales under you. Expand Market Reach: Identify and validate adjacent market opportunities that extend the reach of our platform and enhance the overall Customer Experience. Drive AI Innovation: Act as an AI champion, constantly pushing to apply LLMs, agents, and ML both inside our products and within our development processes. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Engineering, GTM, and Sales on product positioning, pricing, and strategic partnerships. Influence at the Executive Level: Present confidently in executive and board-level conversations with data -driven framing and crisp, clear recommendations. Build and Mentor: Hire, coach, and eventually lead a team of senior product managers, ensuring high standards of performance and excellence.
Advantages:
* Background or experience in cybersecurity, automotive software, Embedded systems, fleet platforms, or other regulated industries.
* Experience scaling or building a product organization from the ground up.
* Multi-region experience working with global teams.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in leadership or managerial roles within B2B technology companies. Deep technical fluency and experience shipping products built on complex software systems ( Embedded, cloud platforms, security, infrastructure, or similar), with the ability to review an architecture diagram and ask the right questions. AI-Native Mindset with practical experience shipping AI-powered features, understanding model selection and cost trade-offs, and using AI in your daily work. Proven strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of translating market dynamics into successful product bets, unit economics, pricing, GTM motion, and board narratives. Strong executive presence and the ability to stand in front of a board, a customer's CTO, and a customer's CISO in the same week. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English, with the ability to write sharp, high-impact one-pagers that cut through.
