Reporting to: CTO

What Youll Do
Lead & Manage: Hands-on leadership of a development and QA team of ~10 engineers.
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across the full lifecycle, ensuring high quality and reliability of core systems.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to understand business needs and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
Operational Excellence: Own system uptime, information security, and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: What Were Looking For
Technical Experience: At least 5 years of experience developing information systems using C # and.NET.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 4 years managing development teams.
data & backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS SQL (design, optimization, and complex queries).
Business Acumen: Ability to analyze processes, understand organizational environments, and think beyond code.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate teams, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
Languages: High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS / Cloud-native environments
Familiarity with Node.js
Background in Cybersecurity / Information Security
