About The Position
A global e commerce company with multiple brands, millions of customers, and an in house platform we built from the ground up. We need a Product Manager first: someone who can own a roadmap, obsess over funnels, run tight sprints, and ship features that move the needle.
But we also need that PM to be AI native. AI isnt a buzzword to us. Its an operating system upgrade for how we build products, make decisions, and ship. So were looking for a PM who doesnt just use AI tools but thinks in AI. Someone who wakes up excited about whats newly possible, and goes to sleep prototyping it. If youre still debating whether its a fad, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
Own the Product, End to End:
Define, prioritize, and drive the storefront platform roadmap. You own the why and the what, and you fight for what matters most.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can actually build from. No hand waving.
Run the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration. Youre accountable for outcomes, not just output.
Maintain a deep understanding of the e commerce funnel. You live and breathe conversion rate optimization, and you know which levers actually move revenue.
Collaborate with the data team to monitor key performance metrics, design experiments, and make decisions grounded in evidence, not gut feeling.
Supercharge It All with AI:
Use AI and vibe coding to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, and build functional proofs of concept before a single engineering sprint is planned. You dont wait for specs to be approved; you show up with a working demo.
Identify and drive AI powered product features across the customer journey, from AI driven discovery and exploration, to personalized recommendations, smart search, and dynamic content generation.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities into our products. Youre the person who finds the new tool on Tuesday and has it in production by Thursday.
Lead Across Teams:
Work with R&D to facilitate idea to delivery with AI flows. You should be pushing PRs in no time.
Champion the integration of AI across product workflows, not just in the product itself, but in how we build, test, and iterate as a team.
Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, design, and business stakeholders. Translate their needs into product specs, and then surprise them by shipping faster than they thought possible.
Facilitate seamless feature rollouts and integrations, aligning efforts between R&D, marketing, and customer facing teams. Youre the glue that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
Requirements:
The non negotiables:
3+ years as a Product Manager in D2C or B2C e commerce is a must.
You are AI obsessed. You use AI tools daily, not because someone told you to, but because you cant imagine working without them. You have opinions about which LLMs are best for what. Youve vibe coded a working product or feature. Youll need to show us.
Youre technical enough to be dangerous. You understand web technologies, APIs, and integrations. You dont need engineers to explain architecture to you. You can read the docs yourself.
You communicate with clarity and conviction. You can pitch an idea to the CEO, align a room of stakeholders, and write a spec for the dev team in the same afternoon.
Youre deeply analytical. You live in data. GA4, GTM, and experimentation frameworks are second nature. You know the difference between a stat sig result and noise.
You have a strong product sense and solid understanding of UX principles. You can look at a user flow and immediately spot where it breaks.
What will set you apart:
Youve built something real with AI tools. A prototype, a product, an internal tool, a side project. Something you can demo. Talk is cheap; we want to see what youve shipped.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Diagnosis Insights domain - responsible for the intelligence layer that powers our clinical suggestions and diagnosis capture experience across patient populations.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical reasoning, data, and AI. You will define, refine, and scale the logic behind diagnosis insights - owning the end-to-end experience from medical modeling through how suggestions are surfaced to clinicians and others. Your mission is to drive superior accuracy, broad coverage, and measurable impact across patient types and care models.
This position is ideal for a PM who combines strong analytical and technical depth with clinical intuition, and who is excited to build AI-powered products that influence real-world clinical decisions at scale.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product roadmap for Diagnosis Insights domain. Own the long-term vision for diagnosis suggestion ecosystem - from medical logic and model strategy to how insights are presented, prioritized, and acted upon by clinicians.
Own and define KPIs, including model coverage and precision, alongside end-user adoption metrics (e.g., physician address rate).
Lead core product interfaces: Own the insights experience on both the physician and administrative teams' interfaces.
Work closely with Engineering, Data Scientists, Medical Experts while actively engaging with clients and end users to deeply understand their desired outcomes, and validate new ways to improve our suggestion algorithm.
Translate customer and business requirements into PRDs, technical specifications, and logical flows for the Engine and Core teams.
Explain complex medical logic in simple, non-technical language to internal stakeholders (Support, CSM, Implementation teams) and support generate internal product documentation.
Use SQL and analytical skills to interrogate data, evaluate logic performance, and validate improvements.
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing requests based on customer impact, business goals, and urgency.
Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in healthcare and/or working closely with Data Science or AI teams.
Significant customer-facing experience, including leading product discussions and discovery processes with enterprise customers.
Strong technical background, with experience in software development, data analysis, technical product management, or similar roles.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to frame the right questions, define success metrics, and analyze performance data.
Solid understanding of UX trade-offs and workflow-driven design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew.
Highly independent and structured, with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership; able to learn quickly, ramp up in complex domains, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
A collaborative team player who partners effectively with other PMs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned outcomes.
Advantages:
Experience with digital health products or a background in the healthcare field.
Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise/SMB clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
