Key Responsibilities:
AI-First Roadmap & Implementation
Business Discovery & Analysis: Develop deep understanding of internal systems, business processes, and KPIs to translate business needs into technical execution.
Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into scalable solutions, including:
Automation: End-to-end automation (leveraging ).
Data Architecture: Design data flows, ETL processes, and cross-system enrichment.
AI Agents & Transformation: Deploy AI agents and lead AI transformation initiatives, including observability, monitoring, and control frameworks (Agent Monitoring & Control). Implement Vibe Coding workflows (internally or via department-led development standards).
Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of technical initiatives - from scoping and milestones to execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
GTM Optimization: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to automate workflows, improve data enrichment, and adapt systems to evolving business needs.
Ethical Oversight: Ensure responsible AI development aligned with company policies and ethical standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an AI Engineer focused on roadmap execution.
Application Ecosystem & Optimization
SaaS Optimization: Audit and rationalize the SaaS ecosystem to reduce redundancy, improve architectural alignment, and enable reliable cross-functional workflows.
Vendor Governance: Act as the technical authority for SaaS/service onboarding alongside Legal, IT, and Security. Evaluate tools based on ROI, effectiveness, and overlap, and manage the full vendor lifecycle.
Security & Identity: Oversee integration security, including Non-Human Identities (NHI), service accounts, and access governance.
System Integration: Lead vendor onboarding to ensure seamless integration, architectural consistency, and security compliance.
Compliance & Governance: Implement frameworks for data protection and regulatory best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Architect the AI Transformation Framework
Design and own the end-to-end architecture that enables the companys AI Transformation vision - spanning data, models, pipelines, APIs, and governance layers.
Define blueprints and integration standards to embed AI and automation throughout the SDLC, from ideation to delivery.
Build Generative AI Platforms and Central Services
Lead the design and implementation of the AI Enablement Platform and central AI services powering transformation initiatives such as Agentic Workflows and the Knowledge Hub.
Create scalable, secure, and modular AI components that can be leveraged across product lines and engineering domains.
Partner with infrastructure, platform, and security teams to operationalize LLM-based services, retrieval systems, and agentic automation flows.
Drive Strategic Transformation Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver tangible operational and business impact - improving speed, quality, and cost-efficiency across the product organization.
Develop strong business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize and communicate transformation value at the executive level.
Translate successful outcomes into reusable playbooks and AI cookbooks that scale across teams, roles, and product domains.
Technical Leadership and Enablement
Act as the senior technical authority and coach for AI transformation initiatives, guiding teams through architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and scale-up phases.
Mentor internal architects and tech leads to develop AI-native architectural competencies.

Required Security Solution Architect
This is a hybrid position. Workdays are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
Project Manager manage large projects including timeline, budget, scope, C level relationships/expectations. Participate in end to end implementation planning and manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, issue management and status updates for the project.
Manage end-to-end functionality as it relates to the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions.
