we are looking for a AI Team Lead.
As our AI Team Lead, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and production engineering, guiding a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Engineers. This is a deeply hands-on leadership role where you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle-from initial research and PyTorch training to deploying sophisticated multi-modal AI (Text, Image, Audio, and Video) in high-throughput environments. Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering technical excellence.
Drive the design and training of multimodal models applications (Text, Image, Audio, Video) using PyTorch.
Own the AI roadmap from initial concept to scalable, high-throughput production.
Partner with Product, Backend, and Security teams to integrate AI solutions globally.
Stay at the forefront of GenAI/LLM research to continuously improve our detection engines.

- Drive technical decisions around AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability tools
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across yad2s products and platforms
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Develop scalable backend services that integrate AI capabilities into production
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Lead by example: write clean, high-quality code, set best practices, and help shape the foundation of the AI team

We're looking for a AI Research Scientist to join us in spreading the power of our company and push the boundaries of AI in cybersecurity. You'll be at the forefront of developing novel AI models - focusing transformers and LLMs - that advance how cybersecurity operates. Contribute to the wider AI and cyber communities through publications and conference presentations, establishing our company as a thought leader at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
WHAT YOULL DO
Develop and research novel AI models, focusing on transformers and deep learning. Lead mid- to long-term projects aimed at advancing AI-driven features in the cybersecurity domain for our company products.
Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of AI models, algorithms, and techniques using real-world datasets and simulated environments.
Stay informed about cutting-edge AI methodologies, frameworks, and tools and apply them to improve security solutions accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain production pipelines. Work closely with the Security Research and Product teams to define research goals.
Publish research findings and AI thought leadership content and present at leading conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR.

Were looking for a hands-on, product-minded AI professional to help us tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges using existing LLM technologies (like OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, and more). Youll be part of the Product & AI team, working closely with product managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to translate problems into smart, working AI-powered solutions.
This is not a researcher or data science role. Its a solution-driven, execution-oriented position for someone who knows what LLMs can do, and how to make them deliver value today.
Key Responsibilities:
Design AI-powered solutions using off-the-shelf tools and APIs (prompting, chaining, agents, etc.)
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver working features and PoCs
Own the how of AI: from idea to prototype to functional integration
Track AI industry trends and apply relevant ideas and tools
Act as a cross-functional bridge between product, tech, and innovation
