An innovative deep-tech company developing advanced AI and imaging technologies is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development of sophisticated vision algorithms for production-grade systems.
This is a highly impactful hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about solving complex vision challenges, improving system accuracy, and taking cutting-edge algorithms from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced Computer Vision and AI-driven algorithms
Take ownership of core algorithmic components and vision capabilities
Lead full development cycles including research, prototyping, optimization, and deployment
Work on complex challenges such as object detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, classification, and measurement
Improve algorithm performance, robustness, and accuracy
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Computer Vision and algorithm development
Proven experience developing AI-based vision systems for real-world applications
Strong background in high-accuracy environments such as detection, classification, or measurement systems
Deep understanding of Deep Learning models for vision applications (CNNs, Transformers, etc.)
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with C ++ - significant advantage
Solid understanding of classical image processing, geometry, calibration, and filtering
Experience transferring algorithms from research into production environments
Ability to work independently and provide strong technical leadership
Advantages:
