As our Senior Content Manager, you'll architect our voice across every channel-from web and campaigns to sales materials and product copy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you produce, edit, and guide content end-to-end, with the flexibility to work with additional writers while maintaining full ownership of quality and consistency. What will you do?
Content Creation & Editing: Develop and edit content for website, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, PR materials, sales decks, one-pagers, and UX copy. Campaign & Social Content: Support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives with aligned messaging and creative copy. Product & Ecosystem Mastery: Learn our product and industry ecosystem to create accurate, relevant, and compelling content. Quality & Cohesion: Ensure all content is on-brand, clear, and consistent in tone, style, and messaging; guide and edit additional writers when needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure content meets business objectives and resonates with target audiences. Content Planning & Optimization: Plan, prioritize, and optimize content production to maximize impact; monitor performance metrics and refine content based on insights.

Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in B2B content creation/management, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech. Native-level English proficiency - excellent writing and editing skills are required.
* Strong ability to write and edit across multiple formats: digital, print, UX, social, campaigns, long-form, short-form, and presentations.
* Excellent sense of brand voice, messaging, and storytelling
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Design).
* Ability to ensure consistency in quality, tone, and messaging across all content.
* Comfortable taking ownership of content initiatives and working independently within clear priorities.
