We are looking for an Account Manager to help expand the financial activity of existing customers on the Okoora platform.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities within our existing customer base and helping businesses move more of their operational financial activity onto the platform.
The Account Manager works closely with finance leaders and operational teams within client organizations to understand how they manage international payments and currency activity, and to help them streamline and scale that activity.
This is a commercial role that combines business curiosity, proactive outreach, and a strong ability to drive customer adoption and expansion.
What You Will Do:
Manage and grow relationships with existing platform customers
Identify opportunities to expand payment activity and currency operations within customer organizations
Lead business conversations with finance and operations teams to understand how they currently manage international payments
Help customers migrate operational payment flows onto the platform
Drive increased adoption of the platform across suppliers, currencies, and operational workflows
Proactively reach out to customers to identify expansion opportunities
Reactivate customers with low or inactive usage and help them restart activity
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer execution and growth
Requirements: 1-3 years of professional experience
Background in Account Management, Sales, Growth, or customer-facing business roles
Experience working with B2B customers
Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology companies is an advantage
